Oh my goodness. I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling. If your baby isn’t latching, the breasts need to be stimulated and emptied with a pump or with hand expression in order to continue producing milk. I recommend getting help from a lactation consultant near you or talking to your OB about your concerns with milk production, especially if your baby has been latching or you have been regularly pumping. You may still want to try to burp your baby, unless your baby doesn't seem uncomfortable after the feed.
