Add one teaspoon yeast to quarter cup of water mix it add little yeast to it ..... If the yeast is live then u will find the change due to fermentation if the fermentation happens then your yeast is ok
U can put very hot water in a glass jar but before doing it put a big steel spoon inside. Try by putting a steel spoon inside a glass & pour the hottest water into it. Guarantee it will not break.

Now if u want to throw the hot water out after sterilisation or for any reason hold the glass tightly with a thick cloth & throw the water out but make sure that u stick the steel spoon to the glass while doing it & then leave it like that till the glass cools down.

सर किसमिस की yeast क्या वाइन बनाने मे सही से काम करेगी या नहीं करेगी
किशमिश से बनी यीस्ट भी अच्छे से काम करेगी लेकिन मैंने यह यीस्ट तब बनाई थी तब लॉक डाउन लगा हुआ था और किसी भी प्रकार की कोई भी ईस्ट हमें मिल नहीं रही थी।
ज्यादा अच्छा होगा वाइन यीस्ट का इस्तेमाल किया जाए जिस भी प्रकार की वाइन बना रहे हैं उसी प्रकार की यीस्ट इस्तेमाल कीजिए।
अब बाजार में कई प्रकार की यीस्ट मौजूद है।
सर मैंने आपका वीडियो किसमिस yeast का देखा है और आपकी वीडियो देख कर ही मैंने घर पर ही किसमिस yeast बनाई है और उसमे गैस भी बहुत अच्छी बनी है

बहुत ज्यादा खट्टी नहीं है तो आप भी सकते हैं। आपकी वाइन अधिक समय के लिए हवा के संपर्क में आई होगी तभी वह कटी हुई है। अगली बार वाइन बनाते समय अपने कंटेनर में लीकेज चेक कर लीजिएगा।
जुगाड़ से बनाए गए एयर लॉक के इस्तेमाल से भी यह दिक्कत आती है।
