    Sir yours is a perfect wine making process..explained in a very easy way.
    In one of the batch wine is perfectly clear with good color but the sweetness is more and alcohol percentage is less. Tried fermenting again after pasteurising by adding yeast. It is not fermenting. Please suggest remedy to reduce sugar and increase alcohol

      Delhi main 18 litre, biki states mai 15 ltr Maan kar chale bana sakte hai lakin apne personal use k leye not for sale, ( not for commercial purposes).
      Kuch states main bann hain, Gujarat, Bihar, Nagaland, Mizoram, Lakshadweep. Inn states main nahi bana sakte

    Sugar aur khand ke bajay Gud ya bura sugar use kar sakte kya ? banane ke baad kab tak rakh sakte aur kaise,botteling ka bhi batao pls, wah kya shaandar colour hai.

      Gud use kar sakte ho bus gud ki tasir shakkar, bura, khand se thode garam hoti hain.
      Gud, khand, shakkar jub taiyaar ki jati hain to taiyaar hone se phale jo liquid form main hota hain usse mere yaha राला ya सिरा कहा जाता हैं। वो मिलजाए तो ज्यादा अच्छा होगा। अधिक पका कर ठंडा होकर जमने पर gud ban jaata हैं। कोहोलू से मिलजाएगा ताजा इस्तेमाल कर सकते हो।

      Homemade yeast use kr sakte ho same tarika he rahega.
      Lakin agar market mai acchi wine yeast hai to to uska istemaal kar kr he wine banaye. Wine yeast ko specially wine banane k leye banaya jaata hai.
      Homemade yeast lockdown mai taiyaar ki thi jub market se hume kuch nahi mill raha tha.

    Sir is it possible to make this same kind of wine from fresh juice? And what kind of changes will be needed in the recipe?

      Yes you can use fresh fruit juice, you can take complete juice only no need to add water and sugar in it, secondary fermentation is not needed
      You don't need to filter it after seven days, you just have to mix it for a couple of seconds for the first seven days.
      keep it aside for 2-3 weeks, fermentation will stop and wine will clean itself.
      (don't forget to add pectic enzyme or skin of papaya)

    साहब जी, अच्छी जानकारी दी, लेकिन मुझे आपसे एक जानकारी चाहिए कि जब वाईन बाॅटल ८० डिगरी गरम करने के बाद, वाईन मे जो आल्कोहल (स्पिरिट) हैं ओ ईव्हॅपरेशनसे ( evaporation ) निकल नहीं ज्यायेगे क्या ?. किबहुना स्पिरिट या आल्कोहोल लाॅसेस कितने टेंपरेचर को होता है . यही मेरे मन में डाऊट है ओ बताया तो मेरे मण में डाऊट है ओ साॅल हो जाये. जानकारी के लिए "टॅंक्यू सर" ❤
    ऐसे ज्याबुल कि भि वाईन बनाने की रेसिपी दिजिए .❤🌹👍👍👍👍👍🙏

      89 तापमान पर वाइन से पहले मेथेनॉल और उसके बाद एथनॉल वाष्पित होना चालू हो जाता हैं।

    लाजवाब... सर 1लिटर वाइन बणाने मे कितना खर्च आयेगा?

      4.5 से 5 लीटर वाइन बनाने के लिए 2 किलो फल चाहिए ( फलों की कीमत पर निर्भर करता हैं की वाइन कितने में बन कर तैयार हो जायेगी।) 700 से 800 ग्राम खांड आधा पैकेट वाइन यीस्ट ( यीस्ट का एक पैकेट 130 रूपए का आता हैं।), एक चमक पेक्टिक एंजाइम जिसकी कीमत तक़रीबन 30 से 40 रूपए होगी ( पैक्टिक एंजाइम की जगह आप आधे पपीते या 1 अनार का छिलका डाल सकते हो। आधे नींबू का रस।
      तकरीबन 500 रूपए में 4.50 लीटर वाइन तैयार हो जाती हैं।
      अधिकतर एक लीटर वाइन 100 से 125 रूपए में बन कर तैयार हो जाती हैं।

      Wine or beer kisi bhi situation mai poisonous nahi banti.
      Distillation kar jub whiskey, Rum, Jin, vodaka, brandy banate hain tub methanol ko alag krna hota hain, theak se alag na kar pane par poisonous banti hain.
      Yaha par hum distillation nahi kr rahe to sub safe hain.

    Sir.... Agar wine ka ghol jar me bharne ke 12 y'a 20 ghante tak fermentation shuru na Ho to aur yeast add kar sakte hai....? Fermentation start Ho gaya hai.. Kaise pata chalega.. Please reply sir

      Yeast add kr sakte ho, fermentation shuru hone par agar airlock lagaya hai to bulbule aane Lage ge, cling film lagaye hai to upper ki taraf full jayegi.

      Bhai kuchh Na samajh aaye video mein to aap dobara se poochh sakte ho ... Agar aap juice ka istemal karte ho to fermentation ke bad wine khud b khud clean ho jayegi uske bad nikal sakte ho agar aap fal dalte ho to 7 din ke bad aapko chhanna hoga aur secondary fermentation ke liye rakhna hoga

      300 khand juice ki liye ..... Paani jitna litre add kroge ussi hisaab se per liter Pani k liye 200 grm khand badha Lena ..... Jyada Pani aas kroge to wine patli banegi

    Pasteurization करने के लिए 80 डिग्री तापमान पे तो alcohol भी evaporate हो जायेगी । अगर पुरी evaporate नही होगी तो भी कुछ प्रतिशत तो कम होगी ना???

      नहीं होगी आप कर के देख सकते है। अल्कोहल से पहले 89 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर मेथनॉल evaporate होना शुरू होगी।
      मेथेनॉल बीयर और वाइन में काफ़ी कम मात्रा मैं पाया जाता है जो की हानिकारक नहीं होता।

      Sawaal jitne marzi kijeye ..... Potassium metabisulphite or campden tablets ek he chease hain farak sirf itna hai ki 1 campden teblet ka size ek gallon wine k hisaab se rakha gaya hein.

      Jitna litre juice hai uske hisab se per litre mein 100 gram sugar add kijiye, aur jitna bhi Pani use karo per litre ke hisab se 200 gram sugar add kijiye

      Just waiting for Belgian Style yeast to reach, actually in next video i will show u how to make bottle condition wine from barley and hops in that i will show you when to use any juice to it. In bottle condition beers keg is not needed.
      Beer is considered when any grain malt and hops are used along that we can use any fruit that is called proper fruit wine

      एक से दो गिलास पी सकते हैं ज्यादा अच्छा रहेगा किसी भी मादक पेय का सेवन नियमित रूप से ना करें।

      निर्भर करता है कि आपने वाइन कितनी साफ है और बोतल में निकले कितना समय हूवा हैं।
      वाइन फर्मेंटर में बिल्कुल साफ हो चुकी है तो वाइन को बोतल में लेने के तुरंत बाद अगर आप इस प्रक्रिया को करते हैं तो दूसरी बोतल में डालने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।

      *Kai sari vaja so sakti hein numbu adhik daal deya ho.
      *Container jarurat se jyada khola gaya ho.
      *Wine ko kai baar ek container se dusre mai nikaal ho.
      *Container mai leakage bhi ek kaaran ho sakta hai.
      #Oxygen k sampark mein adhik aane se wine khati ho jaati hai.
