    Thank you for another great video with delicious food 😋😋 honestly they all look great and I would like to try them all 😁 very interested in Lupin beans, have never had them before but know that it can be used to make Seitan ! Many thanks and love these high protein meals 🙌🙌

      Yvw Nazeen. Glad to hear you enjoyed this meal prep. Yes lupini beans are good addition to add to your salads. Low in carb, high in protein and low in calories compare to other beans :)

    Going to make the peach oats for next week. Looks so good! Could you share the grams of the protein powder you add… I have a different brand and want to make sure the measurements are correct. Thank you!

      Hope you'll enjoy the oats! I used 3 scoops which gives about 30g of protein. 30g protein may vary from brand to brand, so use whatever serving size will give you that amount of protein. You may have to add more liquid if your serving size is larger.

    Must try adding yoghurt to oat bakes. Yummy. I like to add to soups for added creaminess. I still have not tried the tofu burgers so that is next on my list. Thanks ❤

    Another great meal prep video! Where did you find those beans? I haven’t been able to find them at any of my grocery stores. I still need to try your tofu burgers.

      Thank you! I found lupini beans at a normal grocery store (No frills, food basics, walmart etc) where they keep canned beans. Hope you'll give tofu burgers a try soon :)

    I didn’t see the fiber amounts. We need at least 30g of fiber per day as well as other macros

      On a plant based diet we all get plenty of fiber as fiber is in fruits, vegetables, lentils, beans, oats etc. Only reason you should be concerned about fiber intake on a plant based diet is if you eat mostly processed foods. If you must know with this meal prep full day of eating- you'll get 60.5g of fiber, 61. 3mg iron, 1197mg calcium, 235mg vitamin C per day. Fiber intake is double the amount of recommended dose. If you plug in all the recipes in chronometer app, you can find out full breakdown of all the macronutrients. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately discount code is only available for US customers. I don't even get discount myself when I purchase locally. But I love the quality and taste of this protein powder so much that I am willing to buy without any discount code.
