Yeah no one ever talks about how most of these diets lead to eating disorders, like how we watch all these "what I eat in a days" half of them don't eat the the right amount of calories your body needs in a day 🙄
Yes But water itself isn't enough Try this: Drink a cup of water not too warm but not cold in the morning best to do it after getting up and before eating or drinking anything Then drinking a glass of water before eating lunch or dinner it will help you fill your stomach just a little bit so that you don't over eat/ or eat too much Use small plates most likely baby plates with dividers or sections to separate and portion out every serving of food you get to eat so that you get different nutrients that you need that you get from different foods And exercise daily "in the morning" Then rest after a long day

Can videos stop telling me to eat well and just tell me exactly the right amount of food to eat (Show it, don't say how many calories to eat) and tell me exactly what foods I'm supposed to be eating according to my body goal (which is to get a super flat belly pooch and to get smaller thighs). Maybe even recommend the right exercise I should be getting according to how active I am now. PLEASE! Thank you for your time.
I drink applesider vinegar every morning before eating breakfast and night before sleeping it taste REALLY REALLY BAD, but some say it's good for your body
If u're really getting fatter, I think it's because since u eat so little, the food is storing in ur body because it doesn't know when ull eat next or how much so it's holding onto the little foods it's getting
it's not about undereating. More protein is needed to build muscle. Burn more calories than you consume. lower your fat consumption. I use nutracheck to control my calories and nutrition and i've lost 10lbs already.
sometimes your body will digest your last intake of food and act as if you will be eating again soon. and it won’t do anything to your fat. the results you want to see would mean starving yourself and that can do too much more than loose weight. just eat healthier lunches and breakfasts, for dinner, if you eat takeout i recommend getting a smaller size so you don’t completely stuff your body with that. and make sure your moving and working out. results won’t be fast, but it’s way better than having an eating disorder.
I used to be really really skinny when i was younger, but as i got older it seemed like my body grew every second of the day💀
