On preset settings upon first use, it cooked my chicken breasts to a crisp. Boarder line too dry, so next time I'll either decrease temperature or time. Not a bad thing, just a minor adjustment for next time. No oil was used, so food was clean to the touch. Excited to see how other meals will turn out.Will recommend to friends and family in the future!

I can't get my frozen pizza bottom to crisp. Crisp plate installed, and I cooked it at 400 for 10 mins after preheating. Not done. Dropped temp to 380 for 5 more minutes and the cheese was bubbly and slightly browned. I thought it was done. The bottom was so soft and floppy I could have rolled it into a tube :-(. It tasted cooked and fine except the crust was awful. Any help appreciated. It was a 9" Vicolo pizza if that matters, straight from the freezer. Normally I cook it at 425 in the oven on a cookie sheet and the crust is just fine.
The only batch of Tikka flavoured Chicken bits was amazing. However, I had to return the fryer the next day. I found the basket very difficult to get food out of it has to be scooped and if you tip it out any juices at the bottom come out with the food. defeating the object, I could have lived with that, But. the trivet in the bottom was something else I had trouble getting it in and then could not get it out, the holes in the middle of the trivet were sharp and the trivet was so stuck with the protective covers on the lugs. Also found the plastic under the basket had warped after one use. I think there are some serious design faults. shame it looked and cooked so good. 😥
Are we supposed to remove 4 silicone/rubbers from crisper tray??? I do not see any information about whether to leave it on or remove? And what are 2 arrows on the crispser tray are for?? Thank you
They should be kept on the crisper tray.
The tray should be placed inside the basket with the arrows facing the front/back of the basket.
Any way to turn off the annoying loud beep?
I like this product, but I don’t like those rubber supports. Will this material cause harmful substances to health?
As an fyi, I've been using mine steadily since November and the "crisper tray" has been getting more and more difficult to clean. Initially, I could rinse and wipe. Now, I have to scrub, and with all the little crevices, it takes a lot of scrubbing.

Does really need the 20 min to preheat?
Preheating is optional, you can turn the function on or off by tapping the PREHEAT button. When preheat is enabled, PREHEAT will be appear in red on the display.
The Preheat function takes a few minutes, depending on the temperature you set.
Thank you for your response. I was completely new with my Air fryer. I realized it takes only a three minutes to preheat. I love it!
My bad in not returning the fryer within a year, after my first use the food was stuck and there was nothing that could clean it off, it damaged the bottom. I kept using it not bothering how the food getting cooked was actually harming me. Customer service did not budge when I explained that this bottom part got damage on first use and wanted me to pay for the part again. I will not recommend this air fryer to anyone. There are better choices out there, dont choose Gourmia.
Can't comment on the cooking side, but the sound. God awful loud. High pitch beep for everything that doesn't seem to stop. Looked at manual and doesn't give a way to silence
Why my fryer only reaches the temperature of 200 and not 400?

The air fryer reaches 400° Fahrenheit / 200° Celsius.
You may have a model that only displays the temperature Celsius. Some models allow you to switch to displaying the temperature in Fahrenheit by following the directions below:
TOGGLE °F / °C
To toggle between displaying temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius, press
and hold TEMP / TIME.
can you cook raw chicken breast in it?
Yes I cooked some chicken yesterday. There's actually a roast preset that did it perfectly.
I just bought this yesterday at Costco can you chicken drumsticks I only see wings and things and breast.
