I make the creamy mushroom recipe. The only thing I do differently is that I add ground sage and rosemary to the chicken AND the mushrooms while cooking and I use Swiss cheese. So yummy! Will definitely try the wraps!

I discovered by accident when my oven was broken, that you can cook bacon in your air fryer!! I do it that way all the time now. I have the 5.8 qt Cosori, it easily holds 9 strips of bacon. As long as you don’t need the bacon to be all nice and flat, it’s a great way to cook your bacon for other recipes!
Just an FYI from an old woman who cooked for a long time..... If any recipe you are making calls for a wine don't excuse the cooking wine those are always reduced to end our season sometimes with salt use the real thing you can always put it in the back of the cabinet and use it later for something else or drink it some late night when you're Getting cozy. 😊

Oh my gosh! Pollo Loco sounds amazing and just way too easy to make. I can see myself modifying it a bit for just 2 servings (dinner and leftovers) even using the ready Spanish rice. Queso dip is so versatile and would give it just enough oomph to taste great.
The Chicken Bacon Ranch Potatoes dish sounds really good. I think it would be good using cauliflower instead of the potatoes for a lighter version (or maybe just a different version, LOL)
We do a sheet pan version of the greek chicken and serve it in warm Pita bread pockets. We also do a version of the CBR potatoes...only, we took the chicken out, use leftover baked potatoes, and my daughter makes a creamy ranch and cheddar sauce with evaporated milk...then mixes potatoes, chopped cooked bacon (preferably ends) and cream sauce all together...then she bakes it...maybe with some of Gracie's favorite on top🙀...just to heat up the potatoes and meld the flavors together...it's pretty darned good and uses up leftovers to boot! 😂 Y'all have a good weekend, now! 🥰🙏

You need to try Thrive’s tomato products by Jovial. A little pricey but Jovial’s crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, etc have such a fresh tomato taste. The tomato paste comes in glass jars with a lid that can be replaced.

Mandy, these all look delicious and better yet, not time consuming. I made chicken fajitas last night. Always make enough for a second dinner. That’s how I roll after almost 40 years of marriage. I feel I shouldn’t have to cook every single day 😊. I’m going to use what I have from last night and make them as the quesadilla type recipe. I’m very excited that I can repurpose and give it a different spin. I also make the yellow rice that you used. I have been making that rice forever. I just love it. I always sauté cubed red/orange/ yellow bell peppers and onions to mix in with the rice. I also always throw in some thawed out frozen peas, carrots and edamame to make it heartier. I’ve never met a vegetable I didn’t absolutely love. I’m definitely going to try the chicken bacon ranch and the chicken and mushrooms. Everything looks delicious though. I was so tense when you said you bought something you've never bought before and totally gasped (and smiled) when I saw the "Adobo Goya" haha! I'm from Puerto Rico and have seen it used in almost EVERYTHING LOL. 😂
If I have a lot of bright colored veggies in a recipe ( broccoli, carrots, peppers) when I add them to the pan , I take a very small pinch of sugar and lightly sprinkle it on the veggies. It carmalizes them slightly, and it keeps the colors vibrant through out the cooking time. The pinch of sugar is very small like a quarter to half teaspooon and those calories get divided by the number of servings, so it's not adding much.
Cremini mushrooms are my favorite mushrooms. So are the portobellos, they make a fantastic burger substitute 4:36 I have the complete series of the Munsters on DVD. Love that show. Yup, that was Eddie Munster. Good memory!

Just wanted to tell you that after all these months I've made the Pollo Loco! I've had the ingredients in my house since soon after I saw this video when it was new. Then I broke my 70 year old leg! Needless to say I wasn't cooking for a while. After my 3rd surgery the end of November 2023 I'm finally almost 100% again and cooking as well as other of my routine things. I absolutely loved this recipe and will make it again and again! Thanks so much for all you do. I never miss a video!ps....I'm also a cat lover. My girl's name is Shirley and she's 5 years old and rules the house! And I'm a southern girl too living in the Piedmont area of NC.

Definitely need to not use that Goya seasoning so sparingly. It takes the place of a mix of seasonings and should be used more liberally. It is easy to go through a bottle that size in a year here in Mexico. Makes chicken delicious! Sending love from MX!

Look up meat turner/BBQ turner. I had no idea I needed one of these til I got one.
I thought green onion could go with most of these recipes. You can grow your own from the roots you cut off. One useful home grown veg.

Just wanted to tell you that after all these months I've made the Pollo Loco! I've had the ingredients in my house since soon after I saw this video when it was new. Then I broke my 70 year old leg! Needless to say I wasn't cooking for a while. After my 3rd surgery the end of November 2023 I'm finally almost 100% again and cooking as well as other of my routine things. I absolutely loved this recipe and will make it again and again! Thanks so much for all you do. I never miss a video!ps....I'm also a cat lover. My girl's name is Shirley and she's 5 years old and rules the house! And I'm a southern girl too living in the Piedmont area of NC.

Definitely need to not use that Goya seasoning so sparingly. It takes the place of a mix of seasonings and should be used more liberally. It is easy to go through a bottle that size in a year here in Mexico. Makes chicken delicious! Sending love from MX!
