- This is Mike Postle without God Mode. I believe I've found the moment & sequence of events that took place that lead Mike Postle to put his phone in his crotch and gain access to the hole cards. I will go over Mike Postle's play before crotch mode to show you how he is no poker god that plays perfect. I will also show you his progression using the crotch phone system and why I believe he decided to do it. Mike has been accused of having access to the real time hole cards through his phone and/or another device.

Joey, I watched 10+ hours of your coverage on this and this is by far the most convincing. I love the speed of the video
While there is *NO direct evidence* for Mike P, there's enough circumstantial evidence to get him *convicted of MURDER.*
I saw a case out of Nevada once recently where there was zero direct evidence, but a conviction was granted anyways, and it was a weak case but it was OBVIOUS.
This, though, has EXTREME circumstantial evidence, way more than the bar required for a jury trial murder, and way more than the higher courts had to uphold the murder conviction.
This being said? This is *OUR FAULT.*

Once it was clear he was cheating it was a big mistake to make it public. They should have let him continue his cheating and catch him while he is doing it by picking up his phone from his crotch.

Its troubling to me how much the commentators, mostly Justin, Keeps justifying and validating Mike's plays. He always knows that Mikes gonna do a crazy play and explains it to the viewers how its no big deal because of x and y shitty reasons.

That’s a good point. I think it was mentioned in one of the earlier videos that he always tried to sit in the same chair iirc.
He sits next to the dealer in plenty cheating sessions, he was just bad at it and nervous when he first started.

While KK/AA is least somehow possible considering how the guy played(3-bet pre and flop raise) its a lot more likely he has Ax of clubs or even only a high club draw(granted Q6 not the best hand to 3-bet pre but if you hit your flush draw on the flop its the perfect hand to turn into a semi bluff). Imo QQ is an absolute stone cold call here even if the guy all-ins. If he's got KK/AA its just not your day but the chance of him bluffing/semi-bluffing or even overplaying A9/K9 here is a lot more likely, tons of combinations possible.

Postle “how do you do this, oh you raise 10,5 on the button” Postle questioned his play, Postle is now at his lowest, getting beat everyday by better players, Postle a nobody wanting to be a somebody, Overwhelming evidence that he had enough, Postle being bullied everyday wants his revenge, cheating was his only way.
Big question Joey, these guys played with him for years, how did they not notice god mode was switched on and Postle is suddenly a winning player? Especially Dave within two sessions I would know, I would review the hands and spot it straight away

1) Calling a 5-bet all-in with 2 other opponents with 5-4 offsuit - that's just plain silly. Even Gus Hansen won't do that.
2) Not raising an opponent with the Nut Flush who's only betting 1/4 of the pot on the River - at a minimum you'd expect a min-raise.
3) 5 bet shove with 8 high on the flop - yes Phil Ivey and Isaac Haxton did the same thing. But they were playing in a tournament, not a cash game where they were thousands of blinds deep.
Yes, those hands were ridiculously hard to win and play unless you know your opponents hole cards.

He realized his first attempts at staring at crotch were awkward and suspect - that's why he started using the "look at cards" again strategy.

Attorney here. It's very easy to subpoena the phone company for all text messages for each and every one of these poker sessions. Then compare time stamp to the live play. Once those documents are retrieved during discovery, this case is over.

Paul prior to the phone being in the lap just look at how often he looks at his phone when it's on the rail almost never send when his phone is not on the rail look at how often he looks in his lap all the time when the phone is on the rail you never see him look down you've never seen really looking on his phone so that right there lol
No doubt when he commenced with admiration crotch drone ops, he was assisted by a Stone mold with a big cut of the action. The Stone mold had to have provided the app and bone echo skull cap. After watching this live action, there is noway in hell he came up with this cheating scam on his own. The live cam discussion with him and Justice on another vlog exposed the cheat duo, their attempts backfired on them. Just my observation. @Thomas Deleon Nope, Veronica figured it out among other people and she informed Joey. Once they analyzed the footage it was clear he was cheating. Making it public didnt provide any new evidence.

If the signal is sent through any kind of wireless, wifi, bluetooth, etc., it's easy for a tablet or a modified phone to pick it up if there's no passoword.

If someone was feeding him the hands, one would think that you could just have a custom app that sends a series of vibrations on a burner phone. Not sure why you would need to look at a screen. Screen would give more info but it would be safer with an app and some sort of morse code vibes or earpiece, anything.

Excellent video. Its is really telling how he looks back at his cards pre cto. No long exaggerated stare down into his lap pretending to look at his cards. Pre cto just a normal flip up of the cards followed by a quick glance.

Pre cheat mode also cards seem to always be in front of his chip stack,Once god mode arrives his chips are to the side so he can pull the cards right back to the edge of the table to try and disguise(didnt work)him actually looking at his phone.

I have a theory about the keys. They are a stand in for his his phone. Obviously it's easy to tell them apart, however the keys fill an empty place on the table motivated by a nervous conscious.
It's actually a little jarring to see how conspicuously he kept both hands on the felt-you know, like _every other_ player at the table-up until the moment he started to cheat, at which point his left hand disappeared and was virtually never seen again. That abrupt change in posture alone is pretty damning.

The thing is, Poker is meant to be cheated. One could claim it's skill and luck but when someone's luck is consistently amazing, it's no longer luck. There's phil ivey with his edge sorting scandal. Negreanu made a clear statement that mirrored sunglasses can be used to cheat. Even pro football/basketball players find ways to cheat and not get caught. It's literally part of human nature. I'm still against cheating but it's clear when money and large sums of money gets involved, cheating is inevitable.

I'm sure someone has figured this out - he has an RFID scanner on or built into his phone. This means someone else is in on it giving him the codes for each card in the deck being played. Algorithm to translate the code to a letter or combination of letters corresponding to the cards.
