懒人版超简易年饼必备《花生酱花生饼》 入口即化! Super simple version Peanut Butter Jam Peanut Cookies ! melt in your mouth

    ❣️超级简(懒)易(人)版的花生饼❣️
    #无论是手残族如我还是年饼小白都可以做得出来!
    不必炒/烤花生,不用磨花生,只需要5种材料!
    对于四宝妈来说,简单,快捷又好吃就是我要的!
    花生我不会选哪种比较香,花生酱我就还有一些心得😆😆
    烤好别急着立刻吃,放了两三天回油后再吃,
    更。好。吃❗️
    试了3种不同的配方组合,这个配方是我最满意的,
    介绍给大家咯~
    ✅花生酱 250g (有颗粒无颗粒都可以,看你喜欢什么口感。粗颗粒做出来就会有花生碎可以咬,无颗粒的就很顺滑。我家有小宝,我都是用无颗粒的🙂)
    +
    ✅花生油 90g
    拌匀
    +
    过筛
    ✅糖粉 80g
    搅匀
    ✅低筋面粉 300g
    +
    ✅盐 少许
    +
    ✅无铝泡打粉 0.5茶匙(可放可不放,放了口感松软些)
    混合
    过筛加入花生酱混合物用刮刀拌匀(拌不匀就用手)
    没干粉就可以了!千万别过度搅拌
    预热烤箱 170度
    搓成圆形(每颗的份量我用半汤匙的量匙装,没特意去称)
    排列在烤盘上,再用表花嘴的尾部压一个圆形在表面
    ✅一颗蛋黄,加一点水,搅匀刷面(不吃蛋的朋友也可以不刷)
    就可以入炉烤啦~
    170c 烤25分钟 (时间温度因烤箱而异哦)
    成品花生饼(1/2 tbsp)大小有65-70颗😊

    Peanut cookies is the MUST for CNY, let’s have a simple version!
    ❣️Super simple version of peanut cookies❣️
    No need to fry/roast peanuts, no need to grind peanuts, only 5 ingredients are needed!
    As a mom of 4, simple, fast and delicious is what I want!
    I don’t know how to choose which kind of peanuts is more fragrant, but I still have some experience with peanut butter😆😆
    Don’t eat it right away when you bake it, leave it for two or three days and then eat it after cookies are sit!
    It will be tastier❗️
    Tried 3 different formula combinations, this formula is my most satisfied formula,
    Let me Introduce to everyone~
    ✅Peanut butter 250g
    +
    ✅Peanut oil 90g
    Mix well
    +
    Sieved
    ✅Icing sugar 80g
    Stir well
    ✅Low-gluten flour 300g
    +
    ✅A pinch of salt
    +
    ✅0.5 teaspoon of aluminum-free baking powder (can be left or not, the cookies is crunchier if added in)
    mix all the dry flour above
    Sift into the peanut butter mixture and mix well with a spatula (can use your hand too)
    Mix until you can’t see any dry flour then it’s good enough! Don't over-mix
    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
    Knead into a round shape (I use a half tablespoon measuring spoon for each piece, I didn’t weight it specifically)
    Arrange it on the baking tray, and press a circle on the surface with the piping nozzle.
    ✅One egg yolk, add a little water, stir and brush on the surface of the cookies (those do not eat eggs can also skip this step)
    You can bake it now!
    170c bake for 25 minutes (time and temperature vary depending on the oven)
