Silky 360, 180, 170, 130 and all my SAKs have saw blades. Never underestimate the value of a saw outdoors. Great series of videos. Hope Skye was filming too, get the Swamp valley perspective. Cheers.
I totally agree. I use silky every day at work & they are invaluable. Skye did do some filming but I think he was taking the chance to relax & not worry about the filming so much. Thanks for watching
I was skeptical at first - thinking the massive size was just a gimmick but I must say it is excellent for dealing with larger diameter timber & not as cumbersome as I feared. I bought it for cutting bowl blanks - my only gripe is that the teeth are a bit big & aggressive for when you want to make a finer cut but that's not really what it is for.
@@GreenerGlens It's just incredible for processing firewood. Goes through logs as if they were butter. I use it when I'm backpacking camping. It's pretty light but has incredible cutting power.
Alright B - Depends for what. The katana boy 500 for big chopping for firewood & cutting bowl blanks, sugoi for tree work & I have a few pocket boys with fine teeth for the greenwood carving. They all have different uses & pros & cons.
Martin at his very best. Thank you for sharing this incredible trip. Rest in peace with your beloved nature, my friend.

Superb
Thank you 👍
I've got 3 Silkys but one is the Katanaboy 650. Incredible saw. I think u could build a log cabin with it.

🤣 Almost. If I had brown with me I definitely would have used it. 👍
