Tyrannosaurs were scavengers as well as hunters, so makes sense she would happily eat something already dead. Now, she’s used to being fed goats when she’s in a paddock in one of the parks, but she prefers to get her own food
I used to think "Why didn't Rexy just eat it then?". But after thinking about it, this could be the case: Zeb came for a meal, besides just being Rexy's bully. If Rexy ate the deer, Zeb might attack Rexy for a meal out of her.
Exactly, Rexy was wasting her time sniffing the carcass, looking at it, nudge it, and didn't eat it and just get out of there. It would trigger the Giganotosaurus' aggression more because another apex carnivore ate in his territory. But no, instead Rexy wastes her time. It's insane.
I don't even know why they went to the effort of naming a dead creature that they took 0 consideration and treated like garbage in the first and last movie it appears.
In the original novel, when they fed her a goat, she was depicted as very nervous, worried about another carnivore. She tried to eat out in the open, but then thought the better of and took the goat back into cover. Here, she’s aged significantly, and with her experience, more sure of herself, but still quite alert.
They should hv included the Spinosaurus & made the Spino-Rexy rematch the climax of this movie...that would hv been the best ending to this JW-3 DOMINION movie !
Had rexy not been steamrolled at the end of the movie, I would have attributed this loss to her: 1: Just coming out of anesthesia 2: Not being willing to fight, as this is unknown territory and she is confused and disoriented. 3: Having been fed before her release, thus why she was in no hurry to eat the carcass and seemed to want to hoard it instead.
@@colecampbell1906 If she still looked weak and atrophied like she did in Jurassic World 2015, that would have been my go-to explanation as well. T-rexes died young, at 28, but typically to other t-rexes in their mid twenties and in better shape or to hunting injuries. Rexy in this movie and the previous one is shown to be bulkier than she was in 1993 and displays no improperly healed injuries. I am sure that "She is getting old" is the explanation the filmakers are going with, but they have failed to relay it. As it is, Rexy losing every single fight she's in seems like a cheap attempt at upping the stakes, rather than storytelling.
Its funny that the smuggler pilot character, who the movie has not established to be a dinosaur expert/enthusiast, knows more about dinosaurs than the dinosaur expert character who by this film and the two previous films has established is a dinosaur expert.
Just like JP did to the Spinosaurus, they literally managed to make the Giga look so much different from it's real-life counterpart. Giga's aren't that bulky? The Carcha/Allosaur family literally have leaner, knife-like features compared to Rexes. Not to mention that Acrocanthosaurus back.
@@ChaosKnightCMV They're supposed to be portraying actual animals that existed. That's like giving a tiger the build and hump of a buffalo. It's not even a real animal anymore and you can't call it a tiger.
@@ChaosKnightCMV So what? I grew up with Spino/Giga fanboys who literally believed that this is an accurate portrayal/size of the dinosaurs. Not to mention that these movies were supposedly given advice from "experts" like Horner.
These aren’t scientifically accurate dinosaurs, they were created by humans in a lab. Pretty much every dinosaur is scientifically inaccurate in these movies. For example, Dilophasaurus doesnt spit poison, the scientists in Jurassic park engineered them that way to make them look cooler and scarier.

I got to admit that's the most accurate fight I've seen. Well it's more of a scuffle really especially over a small carcass compared to the size of those two.

Zeb came for a meal, besides just being Rexy's bully.
I honestly didn't no know the giga even had a name 😅 like I know the atrocirapotrs have names but not the giga 😆😅
In the original novel, when they fed her a goat, she was depicted as very nervous, worried about another carnivore. She tried to eat out in the open, but then thought the better of and took the goat back into cover.
Here, she’s aged significantly, and with her experience, more sure of herself, but still quite alert.

No spino?! Why?!
Wish the T-Rex won the end fight with no help in jw3
Would of made the movie 10x better
They should hv included the Spinosaurus & made the Spino-Rexy rematch the climax of this movie...that would hv been the best ending to this JW-3 DOMINION movie !
What would’ve made the movie better and make the giga a bigger threat is if it took rexy and the spino to take him out
Ngl the giga shouldn't have died, the giga wasn't even evil
Me too.
But there's reasons, and I understand.
Giga was the tragic villain of the story, they went outta their way to get a reason to kill him. Dude was just living life, SMH..
Giga: The tiger
Tyranno: The lion
Had rexy not been steamrolled at the end of the movie, I would have attributed this loss to her:
1: Just coming out of anesthesia
2: Not being willing to fight, as this is unknown territory and she is confused and disoriented.
3: Having been fed before her release, thus why she was in no hurry to eat the carcass and seemed to want to hoard it instead.
or she's just old, isn't it the same rex from the beginning?
@@colecampbell1906 the T. rex being old doesn’t mean it’s going to get steamrolled in everything dude. Trevorrow literally does not like the T. Rex.
@@jonasgrant All this. It's a real shame too having the opportunity wasted on this trilogy.
0:01 scenes we see him most of the films is almost like the movie is about him just like monsterverse films
Its funny that the smuggler pilot character, who the movie has not established to be a dinosaur expert/enthusiast, knows more about dinosaurs than the dinosaur expert character who by this film and the two previous films has established is a dinosaur expert.
"Holy Hannah!"
It's literally a movie.
Not to mention that these movies were supposedly given advice from "experts" like Horner.
the JP artists are lazy AF, that's why all the dinos look worse in the new movies compared to the originals
A Dewanda ficaria tão perfeita como tempestade!

You know for a dinosaur expert how the hell did Owen think that was an Allosaurus?
Right? Especially when allosaurus was in the previous movie and was nowhere near that size

Not to mention he almost got killed by an Allo in Malta
Well this giga doesn’t even look like a giga.

Rexy: You may have one again Giga, but the next time we meet, you won't be so lucky.
Giganotosaurus: Yeah we'll see about that.
The acting In this movie makes me want to delete my eyes from my body
You expected dinosaurs to be good actors? They have tiny brains.
animals are not evil, they only fight to survive
You got that right these animals are not evil they're just fighting to survive out in the world
The giga wasn't a villain he was just an innocent dino he was just force to fight rexy because rexy enter his place. and still he do what he needs to do in the final fight.
Rexy was there first of You didnt see lmao

One of the few good scenes in this movie.
The only time Jurassic World shown the dinosaurs act like actual animals. The last time they did it was in Jurassic Park 3 with the raptors.
Not really, the rex and raptors in the first Jurassic world, as did all of the herbivores, acted like fairly normal animals

Given how epic the Rexy and Blue vs Indominus fight was in Jurassic World, I was a little perplexed how Colin Trevorrow dropped the ball on an epic fight scene in Dominion. I did enjoy that we got a lot of different Dinosaurs in this film, but the climax really bothers me.
