Your apartment is by far the most fancy I've seen in Japan! Very comfy and new! I love it! and I thought it was cute how you called those shoes "finger" shoes at first before you corrected it, my husband is Mexican too, and he calls toes fingers too. Lol!
This is by far the most gorgeous apartment I have seen here on youtube. It is very modern without being too westernized. I absolutely love it!!! I am so jealous!!
Good to see you are getting things settled. Cherry blossom season is quick but beautiful, please take some time to appreciate it. Have fun on your adventures here in Japan. :)
your place is one of the nicest I have seen for a japanese apt. I LOVE your bedding and maching kotatsu! It looks SO NICE and all the trim and wood match and the doors are nice! That toilet is way cool! :)
Nice apartment! This is gonna sound dumb, but I'm really impressed by the toilet! Washing your hands with the water that fills the tank, that's genius! I wish we were more water saving savvy like that in the US.
Wow, so many hateful comments! I love your apartment, it's big enough to live comfortably in by yourself and of course it's in Japan! So beautiful that everything matches!
wow nice apartment. i saw many japanese apartment on youtube and most apt have toilet, sink, and bathtub in one small room. but urs are separated and very high quality.
That is an amazing apartment! I love the matching sheets and kotatsu cover! I really wished i had that apartment XD The drying feature in the bathroom is amazing!! You are high class there! ^^;;;
Cool apartment. Five fingers- even cooler. I own numerous pairs and a pair I carry with me - so I don't use other peoples slippers. I take off one set of FF's and use another pair for walking inside peoples homes. I learned to do this in case of an emergency like an earth quake and I have to take off really fast - I'm not wasting time putting on my shoes.
I seriously adore the appartment! It's not too big or anything but it's just clean, tide and simple. It's great! I wonder how you decorated it further ^^ Hehe!
Your Leopales apartment is so nice!! Leopales is very popular and usually so tiny. I love the closet, too! Since you start living not too far from us( about 1hr by car) so looking forward to c u in the near future :D
I was thinking of moving to Japan once I finish med school and get immunized against common diseases there, but I think I'll wait to become fluent in the language first to avoid minor inconveniences.
This is an apartment of 『Leopalace21』 of a Japanese national chain. The place is Hamamatsu in Shizuoka Prefecture. (From the view guess) Although it is anticipation, the price is about 400USD~600USD/month. The feature of Leopalace21 is equipped with furniture from the beginning. Hamamatsu is quite lower-cost than Tokyo.
Out of all the videos ive longingly looked at of japanese apartments you by far have the nicest one! I'm surprised you don't have a shiz load of people visiting you from this video haha. From what i've seen the 100 yen shops are amazing over there! /insanely jealous of everyone in japan
what are the dimensions on your kotatsu? ^^ and can you link me to the site you got it from please? :D In addition, what apartments have the same design in japan? My gf and i really really reaaaaaallly love the design of your apartment and would love to rent an apartment similiar to yours!!!!!! oh and i subscribed! ;]
Hermanito el apartamento se mira bien :) love your comforter thanks for showing us everything yes even your spectacular view:D hope to see more cherry blossoms they are my fav:) be blessed
That is actually pretty typical where I live, I live in Canada and that's pretty much how much it costs to rent in the province I live in, and I think everyone knows Japanese apartments are small. It's something they are well known for.
what a beautiful apartment! how much was your bed and your matching shelf? Also, what city do you live in? Kyoto?,Tokyo?, Osaka?, etc. (and you dont have to answer the last question if you dont wanna. I completely understand you want privacy. Its just I want to be a student at Kyoto Seika U. and for 2nd-4th year students you have to find your own accomodation. so hopefully apartments like that are in Kyoto or your is in Kyoto
Nice apartment tour! Liked it. I live in Bangalore - south India. You were mentioning about that corroded old building at the rear of your apartment. Man, that's how the 1-2 year old buildings look like in India. If you ever visit India, be prepared to see old corroded pieces of junk - for buildings. Though India is rapidly modernizing and there are great looking buildings and a great amount of new buildings being built, almost half of our buildings are still old and corroded specimens. Beware and be mentally prepared for the visual and culture shock when you visit India. Cheers.
...i was talking about here, not in Japan, an apartment complex in Japan would cost alot more compared to here since land in Japan is so unbelievably high, it would cost me around $770,000 USD alone just for a 3000 sq ft lot in Japan.
I was just about to comment about how American the layout of your apartment was, and then I saw your bathroom. Could they get the toilet any further away from your shower? XD
Your apartment is by far the most fancy I've seen in Japan! Very comfy and new! I love it! and I thought it was cute how you called those shoes "finger" shoes at first before you corrected it, my husband is Mexican too, and he calls toes fingers too. Lol!
Dude. I have seen some Japanese apartments and yours is large. I love it.

Awesome apartment! Mine was a bowling alley. Straight shot and had to walk through every room to get to the kitchen.
tv is at the right height for cold winter days, tired after work, eating on the kotetsu and then just falling asleep under it while watching tv
They generally use floor heaters or Kerosene heaters. They also have heating elements under the table that is powered by a wall outlet.
Really like your apartment. Nice and neat and clean, the area looks pretty nice also. Hope to see more of the surrounding area also. Take care.

Nice apartment! This is gonna sound dumb, but I'm really impressed by the toilet! Washing your hands with the water that fills the tank, that's genius! I wish we were more water saving savvy like that in the US.
