I'm your biggest fan ever I've learn a few of your beautiful cooking but sadly here In Australia where I from I don't have all the ingredients that i want to cook with but it's ok I've always wanted to try something fansy so big thank you MasterChef for showing me and I will follow up on UA-cam ❤👍
I do more or less the same as this recipe, but in a smoker (approx 125 deg C, 5-6 hours). The taste is out of this world.

Hartley Road judging by the complexity of its cooking, I would not say it is street food. It is something you should go to a nice restaurant and enjoy it.

but bacon is like "Salty pork" i honestly taste 70% of salt everytime i eat pork. but chinese cuisine's pork like this usually a high quality one, you don't only taste salt but other herbs, umami and sweetness on one bite
