Made this yesterday(braised pork) , changed the cooking wine to chicken stock and the green onions to red onions, cut the cooking time to 45mins-1hour cause of thin slices. It was so good! Fall off the bone. Well done chef! 10/10 will cook it again.

Looks absolutely delicious! The only comment I will make is that the peppercorns looked to me like Sichuan pepper so I think it's good to mention as they taste alot different to regular black pepper
