Again what a great guest - when you get sorted guests who exude positive energy, my Sunday starts well🙂

  • @herambpatkar

He is not paying 36k for a 2bhk...he is paying 36k + traveling costs to mumbai + accommodation in mumbai + wastage of time, energy for unnecessary avoidable travel...he is under an illusion of a "better quality of life".

  • @7001nikhil

36k is high for Pune standards. I’m paying 23k in Baner, Pune(which is also a premium locality) for much bigger flat than this. Viman Nagar is only expensive due to proximity to Airport.

I just felt that he has complicated everything so much... Travelling to Mumbai 2-3 times a month, but staying in an AirBNB , living in VN when you could have easily stayed in Bavdhan/Baner and took the Mumbai Bangalore Highway to cut your travel time to Mumbai by atleast an hour given that it will take you 65-70 mins to cross the entire city from VN to the Mumbai Pune e way...Felt that he could have stayed at a more affordable place in Mumbai and cut all this extra....

  • @RakeshKurup7

He could have easily rented a good flat in Nerul or Kharghar at a similar rent. Navi Mumbai would have provided better quality of life than Mumbai and also he could have saved in travelling and hotel cost

  • @QuirkyKristy

Why do people find his decision of living in Pune weird? He clearly explains his reasons multiple times in the video. And he lives with his dog too, I'm guessing a pet needs space to run around.

  • @seekertruth72

He is paying 36k plus travel, stay , its okay for some time but cant do it for long for sure.

  • @fyi9266

Flat is bad for 36k rent in Viman Nagar.. much better options in Pune at lower rent and better location and view

  • @prakashbandekar4927

He can stay in thane for less. 36k is very high for pune i think.

  • @camelkarma

Lol. He is wasting his time on travelling which he can use to buikd skills or health. Youngsters going bonkers. Such a joke! If he likes Pune so much, get a job in Pune na!!

  • @4985muhammadali

Ulwe mai 3bhk mil jayega woh bhi premium property 35k mai. Anyway uska paisa uski marzi.

  • @herambpatkar

    Ahhaa Mumbai vs Pune...

  • @AshutoshKumar-bp7dl

Rohan Mithila is one of the expensive places here in VN. Having stayed in VN for quite some time, I feel one can get a good 2 BHK in around 25-30

  • @worldinpritesh2343

Mumbai vide is next level not compare another cities

  • @priyankamukherjee9620

I do the opposite, staying in Mumbai and working in Pune 😅 I have many colleagues doing the same...possible with hybrid.

  • @dontdoitdhruv

I think it all comes down to what a person value the most. If you're not looking for matchbox size houses then this makes sense, and the prices are considerably lower. However you spend a lot of time travelling up and down. You have to choose what you want to sacrifice. Your time or money?

  • @kashyap5

Purshottam from Permanent Roomates had suggested this as well. What a visionary.

  • @henanair4866

    Thanks for featuring Pune flats

  • @ameyapatil2424

After MTHL bridge launch, he might review his decision.

  • @uditdhiman3088

In short Salary chaiye Mumbai wali and rent dena Pune wala.
