Narayan murthy also pays 25 thousand to engineers. Whats even worse is that he deducts 600 towards sudha murthy charity foundation forcibly from that peanut salary. And on top of that they demand 70 hours of work per week

This is equivalent of mumbai chawl in Delhi. It would have made some sense if they were into some govt. and workplace is central Delhi. Working in noida and renting in hauz khas is as stupid as it gets. Sorry for harsh language.

Neighborhood and its people matter, they are from Mumbai so they dont want to deal with the crassness of suburban NCR people as their neighbors!

You can get more decent apartments in half the rent in Delhi with a good neighborhood. HauzKhas is a village that is just glorified with all the expensive bars and restaurants and that can be found in every part of Delhi now. So there is no sense in spending this much amount for that kind of an apartment.

Hauz Khas is an overhyped locality in Delhi. Try parking a car there. Mumbai is the best city in India. Lol!
Such an unkempt apartment. Shoddy bedroom and dining room. Yuck!
