Do you want to get „Postcards from Maggi“? I recently started my newsletter where I share some updates and behind the scenes stuff… I think it is a nice way to stay connected outside of UA-cam. It‘s published every first Sunday of the month (which I believe is more than enough… 😂 I‘m not that interesting and less is more). Make me happy and sign up here: maggifuchs.kit.com/signup
Long time no see Everson!!! Hope you are doing wonderful these days. Informations this video has provided is also valued but seeing your husband smiling just as his jolly self makes my heart warm coming from an old time subscriber🩷
Sorry for the late reply, but I wanted to thank you for those kind words. Yes, I'm so glad he's still here and as happy as he is. Every day with him is a gift! 🤗
For hearing protection for sleeping, I can recommend having an individual hearing aid fitted by a hearing aid acoustician. They are made of silicone and don't hurt at all because they fit perfectly in your ear canal. Women in particular have small ears, which is why standard hearing protection often hurts after a while. They are a little more expensive, but last up to 5 years and are worth every penny in my opinion.
Such a great, practical video. So great to see you and your husband together sharing your thoughts. Definitely going to look into many of your items, especially the coffee pot and flashlight. Thank you!
Thank you! Loved this vid! You & your partner are great sources of authentic information & quite charming - thank you for sharing your genuine recommendations & your selves😊
I've been traveling with one from Sea to Summit for a while. I don't think it’s available anymore. I was very happy with it, but it’s on its last legs now, so I'm just in the market for a replacement, but there's nothing I can recommend atm.
I talk a little about this in my video on overrated travel gear. I'm not the biggest fan of bringing a water bottle on long trips for this very reason. If I'm traveling to a country where I have to buy water, I reuse the bottles I get (e.g. empty Coke bottles) and just throw them away after a while. When I travel with my water purifier, I use the filtered water from the bottle to clean it and sometimes I use some cleaning tabs for dentures if I can find them. Hope that helps. :)
When I'm not bagpack only I always bring my italian expresso/mocha maker, I can't drink a bad coffee, and I love to have my coffee in the mordnin. I undertsand you It's a luxudy must have in car travel!
The “cover” of the Filofax Notebook is larger and the paper is A5, so we can add A5 paper (or folded A4). We also bought the puncher to create our own paper, but the puncher is not travel friendly… 😂
Is Everson’s native language Portuguese? It’s interesting that you both do the “since years” thing. I know enough German to know why Maggi does it but I don’t know enough about Portuguese to see the connection there.
Yes, he was born in Brazil. :) I never made the connection that I make this mistake because it is what we say in German. And as for Everson, maybe it’s just my bad influence. 😂 We always speak English with each other.
Thank you for your “best of” video. About a year and a half ago, I made the best gadget investment in a long time: custom-made silicone earplugs. They cost around €120 but are worth every cent and a cheap investment in a restful sleep.

So fun to meet your husband!
Glad you liked it! I always enjoy it when he joins me, it makes filming much more fun! 😄
Yep - we love our Matador soap bag!

Fun video! Thanks for sharing this with us!
Love these videos and love seeing Everson again!
Thanks Maggi! Nice to see Everson’s picks as well. I was wondering, do you have a travel umbrella you recommend?

Thanks for sharing we are going to wait until Black Friday sales to pick up the Moka pot!
It’s great to see a recommendation for the Tomtoc tech pouch. I just ordered it last night, before seeing this. Hopefully it will work for me, too!
How do you wash your water bottle without a bottle brush while traveling?

AH! Kansas City shoutout I love it!!
My Fiskers scissors were taken by security when I was leaving the Philippines. They were accepted by all other airport securities.

I love this series ❤❤
I need the Anker sleep buds 😍
Nice video and fun to make it with you! Thanks to all😀✌️
Thanks for the opinion of both of you 😃
Boulevard Brewing Company! I was only half watching but that really brought my attention back. (I'm from Kansas City.)
I was an AuPair in Kansas City 20 years ago - had a great time there! :)
I love having a nice notebook like that as well, but they never have a pocket big enough to hold A5/Letter sized printouts.

Thank you so much!! This is always so informative and helpful! 😊
Glad it was helpful! :)
Another great collaboration. I like the Nitecore TINI 2 and the coffee pot. Coffee's very important to me, too!
Love a good end of year product lineup! (Although, I’m still using my peak design :) )

Hi Everson! 👍👍
so helpful! thank you!
❤
I'm curious what you think about something like one of the Outlery sets.
I only know them from pictures, so unfortunately I have no real experience with them.
