Your content is top notch Dale. Best on utube. I just ordered the NEOSENSORY DUO device which had high ratings by people who use it and get results. Treble health seams to say it does not work that good and does not recommend it to thier PATIENTS. I will be the judge on weather it works for me. I have full blown chronic ( I WISH TO DIE ) TINNITUS IS 😢😅😮
I understand every tinnitus-sufferer suffers differently, uniquely. I’m 53 years old. I had intermittent tinnitus all through my 20s, 30s & 40s. But when I turned 49, I realized the ringing in my ears was here to stay….and it’s been torturous. I have forgotten what pure silence sounds like. Let me put it this way: If I was told I had cancer and only six months to live, and I had to choose between a cure for my cancer or a cure for my tinnitus, I would eagerly and gladly choose the latter; I’d rather live out my last months in peace, free from the torment of constant ringing. That’s how badly this condition has affected the quality of my life.
I can empathize. I have had unceasing ringing in both ears for over 50 years. I usually play a ten hour audio/video of something, like ocean waves, or crickets, or rain and thunder, for sleeping, overnight, and sometimes just during the day for background noise. I just found this channel, and this audio, and will try it.
There are some foods that can affect it including medications like Xanax etc. Removing stuff can actually help. Stay away from rice and pasta. They are massive volume uppers on the ringing.
I understand your pain. Growing up in Alaska, my favorite place was in deep winter in the woods after a heavy snowfall. The silence and beauty could help my heart and mind through any issue, until the tinnitus arrived (covid - 15% of covid patients suffer tinnitus from, believed to be, cranial nerve damage). My ENT considers mine to be severe, as without these incredible videos from Dalesnale I wouldn't be able to sleep through the night. The most helpful remedies for me are: stay away from simple carbs, especially pasta, rice, bread, and potatoes. the Carnivore/Ketovore diets helped tremendously in lowering my overstimulation to the ringing and somehow effectively assisted my body in regulating the extra sound. The silence I once loved is gone, but relief is possible. I hold out hope that there will one day be a cure for this evil perceived ringing/rushing in my ears.
I'm 23 years old. I started having tinnitus about 2 months ago, during a stressful period. This video works extremely well, for some reason after playing this for 5-10 minutes. The tinnitus is fully gone for a short period of time, and I hear silence. Initially my tinnitus when it started it was a high pitched noise around 13-14KHz. It was in both ears, initially it was scary. Constantly worrying about what it could be, if I'm losing my hearing, how to cure it, it kept me up at night. I tested my heading online and it seemed to be fine, my heading limit is around 15-16 KHz, which although isn't great for my age, isn't anything too alarming for myself. I told myself I'd just cut down on my earpod/headphone usage. Then after watching lots of videos, talking to my Father who also has tinnitus. I realised that the vast majority of this was psychological. Slowly over the course of a month my body and brain learned to live with the tinnitus, I fixed my sleep which improved and quietened the tinnitus. Eventually it has gotten to the point now, during the day I cannot hear it. At night I can hear it, sometimes it can be loud, but I just learnt to sleep with it. Stay strong everyone with tinnitus, you adapt I am sure of it ❤️
Same case like you I'm 24 and have tinnitus (13kHz)for about 3 months. Days are going well but not nights, sometimes can't able to sleep without listening any tinnitus relief sound using earbuds or handfree with phone.
I started with tinnitus in my 20s and I'm now 57. I sleep with a fan on to help me focus on something other than the T at night. It helps some. But I just found this video and as soon as the sound started, my ears quieted. It's basically the same sound I hear so the time but since it's external, I feel like my ears and brain calmed down. Thank you.
Oh my God.. this is the first time I can remember NOT hearing the ringing in my ears... what a sense of relaxation. It's like a tension has been released...
@mikesawyer1336 thats a shame sir . Im listening to a man who stoped his tinnitus by travelling around the world for a cure. He did infact cure his tinnitus by a food diet named the ketosis diet. Eating meats puts back fat good fat in your organs ,brain, liver, kidneys, and many more. His name is liam and he goes by the title Lianstopstinnitus. So i am eating meat and ridding my tinnitus once and for all. Cheers sir. Hope it helps he has utube vids
This one really kicks the snot out of my tinnitus for a while. With many of the other ones I can still hear my tinnitus but this totally slams the ringing shut. I just sit here in my living room all by myself with my ear buds in and I feel happy because it gives me a break from the screaming and it really is such a relief it brings me to tears. God bless you brother
Please tell me how to use it. I just don't know what to do with this. To me, it is just another noise. What am I supposed to do? Listen to it? For how long? For an hour? All day? All night? At the same time as listening to music? Or what?
@A. Aubry Eating triggers the pitch and volume in mine as well. It really does suck 😔 Woke up one morning and bam! 8 yrs later here I am. Hang in there friend.
@A. Aubry I honestly couldn't say, I don't know. However I will say that sugar and salt play apart but how hard is it to stay away from those things? It's such a ball and chain this condition. Try taking magnesium.. I find it has helped me.
Just wanted to say thank you!!! This sound suppressed my Tinnitus entirely and now even without the sound it’s barely noticeable. Whenever it tries to come back I just play this sound. It gave me back my old life
@@yusakufudo367 it actually did since mine wasn’t in a chronic stage yet. But I was told since it’s stress based Tinnitus that it will make its return again. But gotta adjust somehow right.
Hello, this 13 kHZ frequency really helped me. The word bothersome and severely irritating is not enough to describe my tinnitus. I wasn't really aware that I had this since my teenage years not until it became too severe and very loud that I had to consult an ENT specialist to help me with this. I am an Ob-gyn by the way, and I have read several articles that made me very depressed. Mostly bec I read that the cause is really unknown and that in some cases, it may be forever. I was very stressed, sad and depressed. Because I thought to myself how can I operate if this tinnitus bothers me everyday? How can I help others if I cannot even help myself. I had trouble sleeping, eating and concentrating on my readings. This youtube video really helped so God bless the people who make these, it brought me so much relief. I play this if my tinnitus gets very loud at times especially during the night. But I just would also like to share what I have learned from this experience. When I went to the ENT specialist he did several tests like Audiometry (pure tone, speech), Tympanometry, and tinnitus testing. I was afraid that I might go deaf. The results came out and i had a type B tympanometry result which was abnormal. He gave me Vit B and antibiotic drops which really helped. I still have a procedure next week and hopefully my middle ear prob will be resolved. I had very loud tinnitus for almost a month but I still kept on working. I also prayed novena to St. Rita de Cascia (St. of impossible cases) and listened to Gregorian Latin chants. In my experience, those helped me too a lot. This made me realize the importance of good health and to be grateful and mindful for the blessings that I take for granted. Early check ups and listening to my body is essential. I rarely share my experiences but I did it here because I am grateful that my tinnitus toned down a bit. It is still there and Im not sure if this is forever but Im just glad that it is not as loud as before and tolerable now, maybe I will learn to live with it. But im still hopeful that I will get the silence that I pray for now. Many people do not understand how hard tinnitus sufferers face and this also values empathy which most of us lack nowadays...
@@footballfan4653 Hello, it has improved significantly but i still use this frequency daily. Its a combination of Vit B1 500 mg, Vit B6 250 mg and Vit B12 1 mg. Its Vitamin B complex all 3 types combined in one tablet. The available one in here prescribed by my ENT which i take up to now is Polynerv 500
This is a great one. Best I've heard so far for my T. I've had a couple quiet days over the last five years so I know it's possible. Stay strong everyone!
@@maritavarez5918 I can only tell you that on an occasional weekend I have quiet. Possibly because I'm not at my stressful job? But I've only had maybe 6 quiet days in the last 5 years so I'm looking for the answer as well. I wish only the best for you and for all of us. These videos do offer at least temporary relief and maybe long term. I did notice that when I listen to these videos I have some relief the next day. God bless you.

Feel so at home reading these comments, genuinely thought this was a normal thing as the ringing in my ears has always been there for as long as I can remember. It wasn't until I started to ask people and they had no idea what it was I was going on about, so I begun to research and went to the doctors to find out exactly what it was that I could always seem to hear in a deathly silent room or before id get to sleep. I am so glad I'm not alone these videos are such a huge help to me thankyou so much x
Been having some rough days with my T lately and, every time this happens, I come back to this particular one. It helps greatly! Sometimes even quiets the ringing I have for days or weeks! Thank you so much for your tremendous work in helping people who suffer from this!! Sending love, peace and strength to anyone who reads this. You got this!💕
This! This is the frequency range I need. Have had T all my life and have never heard silence. This quieted the T down. Still hear it but fainter. Thank you
I’ll be honest, I don’t have any ear problems, but when my ears start ringing, it only takes like a minute or so of this to stop it. This is wonderful!
Hi Nathalie i aso developed Tinnitus about 3 years ago also from antibiotics ,when it happened i nearly went off my head and wanted to shoot myself.I stupidly never read the small print on the packaging and was not warned by the idiot doctor so i can sympathize with you .I hope yours clears up ,It does get easier to live with over time and is not as bad during the day when you have other things to concentrate on.
Experience comment: I put violet noise in a second tab, together with this one, it's a strong effect - I could notice reduction of hearing noise after 15 min. I have tinnitus for 30 years, I was even in a sound absorbing chamber to measure it and to figure out the frequency. In my case, it's a combination of high tone and noise. It increases with stress, headaches or medication. Even I got used to it over time, I have moments when it's too noisy and torturing. So it's a blessing to have this channel as a mute. Thankfully these artificial noises have been helpful for quite some time. Full tinnitus level returns after 1-2 hours. But that's enough to calm down nerves or to fall asleep.
@@myvoiceismysword5484 No medical advising online, please. It could be more damaging than helpful. Each person needs a different treatment and has to visit a doctor first.
This sound in my ear is new to me and I'm struggling to fall asleep. I tried about 10 other videos promising results but no others took it away like this video did. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
I’ve had tinnitus ever since I was a kid. I’m going on 32, and nothing has helped the ringing until I found this video. It really does help calm down the higher frequencies.
I have it in both ears … it came on suddenly while cleaning up after dinner and has not stopped…. I was sure everyone in the room could hear it, but no. It has never affected my sleep, surprisingly, but over the last year I’ve gotten into the habit of listening to British narrators read stories. I’m asleep within minutes. As I am writing this and listening, my ears are popping….. have never experienced this before. I notice if I’m out shopping I don’t have the ringing which suggests that as long as there is a distraction there is no ringing. Best to all sufferers…
I’ve had tinnitus for a week now and it is so loud 😭 my partner found this for me and we tried it and the instant relief is unexplainable! Thank you so much
I know a Dr who is presently curing tinnitus, people are recommending him so much and I am also a beneficiary, I got cured recently from the remedies I ordered from the Dr, his remedies are very healthy and effective and there wasn't no side effects ua-cam.com/video/ViTQ7N7iUQ0/v-deo.html
Live sound engineer, drummer, dj, and producer here who just stumbled upon yr channel. I'm playing the masker, scrubber, zapper, soother, and a 528hz pure sine wave simultaneously on Presonus E5 monitors and T10 sub. After just a few minutes I've noticed that my tinnitus(right ear only, lives around 2k) has been attenuated decently. I also experienced some ear drum fluttering. Kitchen Sink therapy at it's best lol! I'm going to post this comment on all the other videos and hope that others might find a little relief too. Appreciate yr work, will paypal you a few bucks shortly! Support independent music and creators!
I just came across this two days ago. I have tried everything at night to sleep. I have a fan running on both sides of my bed and some kind of nighttime nature music. Nothing has really worked. I can still hear my ringing in both ears. I have a high pitch ringing. This one has been the only video to have worked. Thank you so much for making this.
Thank you very much, sleep well with this last night and my doctor advised me to use this on a speaker on low volume if possible until I don't need anymore. Thank you hopefully you can keep doing this and bless everyone that have tinnitus will eventually find a way to cope with it 😊
I'm floored, listened to this for 15 minutes and i can't even perceive my right ear tinnitus anymore, idk if it's going to help long term but listening to it before bed might just help me fall asleep peacefully again.
@@MegaHatLady No, it wears off after a while, i doubt it's good as a long term solution, a more precise range of frequencies would probably be more effective and less damaging over time.
I significantly reduced my tinnitus by using a hand towel wrapped around my shoulders/behind my neck and doing stretches with it by pulling down and forward on it while moving my head backward, forward. There are other neck/jaw massage techniques that also can significantly improve tinnitus as it's largely a nerve disorder.
@@shahjahan3223 These exercises are exactly what I did. ua-cam.com/video/YRgdQcHziV8/v-deo.html The ringining in your ears is largely due to nerve impingement in the neck. Not all but a lot of it.
@@lakemiya6 Ok, I'll sa that the ringing in my ears is all but gone now! It was getting severe until I started doing stretches not only on my neck but my whole spine and hips. Another thing that helps to restore nerves are B vitamins. So if you are a vegetarian, and not getting enough B12 along with ALL the B vitamins, start supplementing NOW!
This is God send. Thank you. I am a 47yr old musician and did not/do not take care of my hearing like I should have. Tinnitus has come and gone very briefly over the years, but about a week ago came to stay. It is now constant. I stumbled upon this video last night after rabbit trailing through tinnitus-related videos. I'm so glad that I did. I had my first good night's sleep in a week last night after listening to this video briefly. It did not cure it (at least not yet), but it definitely made it much more bearable. Thank you.
I had a clogged ear that was cleared out almost 2 weeks age and now I have tinnitus I guess. The ringing is relentless and the anxiety of something you can’t escape is literally driving me crazy. My heart goes out to each and everyone that’s been suffering with this. I’m so sorry, I had no idea what you’re going through. The doctor said, my looks really clean and their could’ve been trauma from the cleaning that will most likely go away. I made an appt with a top ent in my area. Praying the best for everyone. God bless you.
Had tinnitus for 30 years. It’s so loud not much works. I can’t remember what silence is like. I go to bed every night with rain sounds. I find this helps me sleep. Mine makes so many different sounds from music like sounds to sirens; whooshing and even singing. It drives me crazy sometimes but I’ve just kind of got used to it now. Don’t really have a choice.
I hear ya. Mine is so high pitched, just below a dog whistle, I suppose. Now it layers with octaves. And even like a morse code sound behind it. Ridiculous. Played in too many bands without plugs. Oops

Lived with tinnitus for many years now. Some days are more annoying than others. Lately I began to start off my mornings with a cup of coffee and this track running on low volume. I noticed it usually helps me to shake off the annoying days before they even have the chance to become one.
@@alexdakar1994 I honestly think that is the wrong way. Don't start or stop doing anything because of T (except ridiculously loud concerts etc. maybe hehe). It just makes you pay attention to T. Is it louder, what made it worse? Just live your life, and check in now and then to see if you're on a path that suits you well, overall.
@@mightymo8351 Tinnitus maybe because of neurons firing up madly, if you drink cafein or smoke tobacco it may worse not because you may pay more atention to it, but just because you are exciting even more mad neurons.
It's amazing how this whole concept seems to be working! I appreciate the effort you are giving to help yourself and others quill this debilitating issue of the constant hissing, buzz pitch sound I consistently endure - it has plagued my world, for my whole life. And now that I have discovered your channel, the relief I have encountered, just from listening to certain pitch sounds,...offsetting the issues I have; has allowed me to be a more focused student, because I am able to eliminate the meaningless hissing/buzz sounds - I now have room, in my brain to concentrate on my studies and not be distracted from this hissing buzz sound. Thank you!
This is a frequency that really helps. I switch to others periodically. The sweeping one and the 5500 kHz. I think I am getting relief from the accompanying depression. My problems are caused by gunfire, and construction noise. Also concussion and electrocution. It seems to be getting more intense with age. Thank you.
I am speechless, after again going thru another restless nite,I happen to finally find a sound that helped me fall asleep. I have had severe tinnitus for 35 plus years and this compilation of sounds somehow relaxed, controlled all my brain activity to where I could finally fall asleep. Thank you very much.
What could help is lowering your bloodpressure or listening to music on a normal volume level'( all day long) I got the same sissing you hear in this video' it seem more intens when I wake up ' then when I am doing my daily stuff All so headache medicine could lower the intensity if your tinnitus' ( not a Joke ) I am expirimentating all kind of ways to help people wit tinnitus' to lower there frequenties' all so daily ear massage and skullscratching could lower the temper of you tinnitus' basicly everything that feels relax to the mind could help.

Unbelievable, my ringing comes and goes but the last episode started 2 days ago and did not stop. Aftervlistening to this 13kHz frequency for only 10 minutes the tinnitus disappeared. So far after 6 hours the tinnitus has not returned. Many thanks.
Tinnitus did come back following day but listening again it stopped. Don't think it'll be a permanent fix but am happy that it can be controlled. This is my experience and don't know if it would be the same for others. I also found that 16khz works as well.

@@dalesnale I really appreciate your direction here, not claiming a miracle cure, but just trying to help people struggling, that's huge, you deserve a ton of respect.
I have been suffering with tinnitus for several months now and recently has gotten pretty severe used this masking method for like 30 minutes twice today and it has reduced the intensity massively I had no expectations that this would be so effective
This is the most absolute replication of the very real constant noise of tinnitus i hear, all it needs is just a touch of ringing on the hight end sound wave!! At least now people can hear almost exactly what i hear. Thanks so much.
I have never felt so much serotonin all at once.. I was truly happy to be freed of the constant noise in my head even if it was just for a short while. I haven't had silence in my head for a long time so I appreciate this so much, thank you!
I've had anxiety, depression, insomnia, and although all of them were horrible I think tinnitus is the front runner because i know there is no "cure" however, You might have just saved my life. I've noticed a very subtle ringing in my right side of my ear for months. Recently I've just randomly noticed it was louder to where I'm focusing on it all the time, dizzy spells, aching feeling in my ears and It's giving me anxiety, feel like a depressing feeling happening to where I'm actually getting worried about night time trying to sleep because I can't focus on anything else. This sound seems to match the frequency and allowed me to relax for a moment. Thank you, I feel everyone's pain. I've heard gamma aminobutyric acid can help so I'm going to try that as well.

This is one of my favorite tinnitus maskers. I also want to encourage everyone to allow yourself full exposure to your T with no maskers on a regular basis. In my experience, that has helped me to habituate/adapt to the ringing. If it’s keeping me up at night then I will definitely use maskers. But I try to fall asleep with little or no masker at first, just so that my brain can get used to the noise. Cheers.

Four years ago I dropped 80lbs. adopted a low carb diet, started intermittent fasting, I run 30 miles a week (street and trails). I eat < 100 gms carbs daily. I'm 57 and improved my life dramatically--but not the tinnitus. That ringing has kept me company since I was a fat, pre-diabetic. This masking appears to help though, quite a bit.
My ear ringing is back, unfortunately. I played this all night long, and I woke up with little ringing in my ears, and I felt less anxious! I have so many things causing me anxiety, and apparently, the ringing in my ears was a part of this. I am playing this again now. Great frequency for me!
I ve got tinnitus from start the pandemi. Exatly 2 years ..sleep weel is the best way...and no stress...and have the tinnitus for a friend...i changed life ...because today i dancing and make exercice ...that help a lot...do things you like..and tinnitus and relax....i from Brazil...
I’m unsure if I have one or several undiagnosed medical conditions that explain my symptoms, but I have to say just listening to this for 3 days straight has reduced my headaches, reduced my anxiety, & stopped me noticing that highly pitched hum that I keep hearing. On the 3rd day some of the anxious feelings returned, as well as the brief but intense hot flush headaches, but I still found this video to be effective for me 99% of the time that I was in range of a speaker playing it. I’m not entirely sure how or why I think this works, my friend thinks I’m loopy. Maybe I should do some more research on it before I look any more foolish. Thank you for this, whether it’s pseudo or real I don’t know. All I do know is that it had a positive effect on me
I've experienced tinnitus since I was 20 but after falling out of a tree and fracturing my neck ribs and pelvis when I was 40 I've had really bad tinnitus, I've been to ENT and they said it will go away in time but it's been a year since the fall and ENT visit was last week, they said play music to drown out noise while I'm trying to sleep which helps but when its quiet the noise is still there. I've just tried your video and it's helped reduce the noise but have found my hearing wasnt that great afterwards which I think is just a temporary thing as I'm commenting straight after listening to video. Thanks Dale even if it just lessens the noise of tinnitus is a great help.
An interesting idea is to meditate concentrating on the tinnitus noise rather than something like breathing. In meditation your brain always gets distracted from the meditation task, which means for tinnitus you’re not hearing it, so it develops the task of your brain to be distracted from the tinnitus. Another idea is to associate the sound with something pleasant, like a fake off waterfall, so you’re telling yourself you’re hearing something your brain thinks is positive.
Read: I recently used this. By happenstance, I decided to put headphones on and sleep with it, about 6 hours +, and, guess what? even sleeping it's been incredibly effective! Thank you a million times over for this. Guys, try sleeping with it, it's a way to make your sleep hours productive and not disrupt your working hours. Blessings to you
Ive been experimenting with overlaying this with other anti tinitus sounds, this seems to be really impactful. I cycle through each one switching them off individually, when i pause this one I go straight back to tinitus. Thank you

"Residual Inhibition " it's called .It works for a brief period and tinnitus comes back. What works best along this line is get some sand paper(finer grade) and use on a piece of cardboard in the morning several times while turning your head and stretching neck. it should reduce morning "whoosh" sound maybe even for a most of the day But your regular noise will be there regardless.Try notched music Works good over time Inositol and L Thianine amino acid are great.Hydroxizine good medication for anxiety.Gabapentin over night good for spikes .Easy to get prescribed from your doc if you tell them it's for tinnitus .Get hearing aids .Many good apps for masking .Long struggle with this..I though I was going to go ape crazy when it first started. Hypercusis along with sudden onset of T.If you have "peewee" whistling noise ..notched music will take care of it.Hissing and dentist drill never go away.Goid luck and break the fear anxiety cycle first.
Why do you say that hissing never goes away. I have hissing most days but suddenly it may change to a pure peee sound. That was the original tone i had when this hell started 1 year ago. After having Coviv. Weird as F.
@@pettergronnevik9638 Hi Peter.Hard to say what is really best Yes my hissing is still here after 6 years .Peeee is mostly gone.If it comes it's mostly short duration and not too bad The hissing sometimes changes into dentist drill like sound. Most of the time it is very, very loud.Over all other sounds. Some days goes way down or starts "breaking up" a day or so before going down.Thise days it's easy to forget about it.I do have some good habituation by now. When it gets super loud I take hydroxyzine.Gabapentin smithed things out and you sleep better.I tried almost everything in the book.Even pills available only in other countries. What helped me early on was a 'Neuromonics" app that is no longer available.Otherwise their regular "device" is a ripoff. It broke most of the panic mode feelings I had early on.There are couple of good 'nothced music' apps. But you must find your tinnitus frequency .It does help to bring some of the volume down and changes the pitch of your hissing.Must listen almost daily to maintain the benefit.Try magnesium. And anything natural or otherwise to calm your nervous system down.Hypnosis apps put you to sleep well lol.'Peeee was also my main sound in the beginning but switched to loud hiss . Hypercusis gone for the most part.Glasses and dishes clinking or kids screaming unexpectedly can activate it.I had muscle twitching and flutters in my ear but that is gone too. That was scarry as "F" believe me .Just have to allow time to habituate and watch for ear infections etc I have some hearing loss in both ears. The one(left) has bad tinnitus but my hearing is worse in the "good ear". Go figure. I wear hearing aids .It does help a little. You can look into this new Leniers treatment but so far it's only available in Europe and it cost couple of gran.Good luck and all the best.
@@jadabaudelaire118 Well many medications can have ototoxic effects including aspirin. My tinnitus started before gabapentin. So what came first..the chicken or the egg? It certainly helps somewhat to sleep (take it at night before sleep" and it smooths out the tinnitus sound. The secret is to take it sparingly only 100 mg pill every other day or so for few days.Well tolerated medicine.Studies proved that it is effective for noise activated tinnitus.Drammamine and other motion sickness tabs may help too.But will make you sleepy . In tried 'stugeron' used in Mexico and elsewhere.Pretty good and prescribed by doctors in other countries.Sound therapy initially helped me the most.Neuromonics app.But no longer available .There is German app called "Tinnitus help". Very good.About $20.00 .
Turning off this video after 30+ seconds is so painful for my ears. My ringing is so nasty compared to this sound. Thank you for your work! Your videos are great ✨️
For a long time I thought my nighttime tinnitus was from my days working at rock venues. But then I found out that this self-diagnosis was likely unrelated. I only feel the effects at night when sleeping, and it's not usually very bad. I hear two different frequencies of tinnitus, and I cannot wait to try out this for 10 hours. Thanks! Subscribed!
I'm also new to this, about 2 or 3 months ago this high pitch sound entered my head. I am going through a wide range of feelings about this and the more I learn about it the more depressed I get about it. The fact that there's no cure is overwhelming for me because at this point I just can't imagine living with this constant noise in my head. I'm trying everything and from what I see so far is just masking it but for me the piercing noise is still there. My only true hope is that this is temporary. Praying a lot and just started the doctors route, had a hearing test and made an appointment with a neurologist. From what I've read so far I'm probably wasting my time. Kicking my self in the butt for not protecting my ears over the years. Standing in front of a tower of speakers at a Rolling Stones concert sure seemed cool at the time. Never used ear protection at work when it was offered. I guess I'm paying my dues now. I'm so longing for the sound of silence!
@@traver yes Justin and it started with one sound and then ended up with many tones. I was really anxious and depressed when I released it was maybe permanent. Then I got little noise generators for my ears about 6 months in and i realised it’s possible to tune it out. So after a year I stopped using them and don’t need anything now. Sometimes use white/purple boise just as I’m so used to it now 19 years later . Iv since met many many people who have it abs they cope so that helped me through so don’t read anything negative. In fact I’m hearing it for the first time this month as I write this just because it’s making me think about it😁
This is the first time in five years that I was able to get relief from my tinnitus while listening to this video. I searched Amazon for a tinnitus relief sound machine and couldn’t find anything that produces 13kHz noise. The sound reminds me of the nights I fell asleep as a young kid watching a TV show in the 60s and the TV was playing snow after the broadcast ended.
The old CRT televisions emitted a high pitch tone around 15 kHz. 15750 kHz NTSC black and white or 15734 kHz color, according to the internet. It seemed closer to 13kHz to me back then. I could tell if the TV was on outside of the front door or in the other room back then. It would be fun to recreate this tone blended with white noise. I did record an old Magnavox console TV awhile back: ua-cam.com/video/Kv8zSaVSUk4/v-deo.html
You keep getting better at this Dale. Better than my Audiologist. Each frequency spectrum seems to cover the tinnitus (and the neighbors noises) better and on more levels. You do good work Dale and I know sound engineering is not easy. It gets difficult and challenging, but you are a competent engineer. You know a thing or two about it.
This is awesome, perfect intro as well. I play this one from start to finish for the full 10 hours. I hope everyone else does the same so can boost this video to number 1 on UA-cam!
This is the exact echo of what I hear 24/7 continuously every day and night, hearing it on the speaker mellows down the sound in my head. Thanks, God bless
Thanks again Dalesnale this Tinnitus zapper sound at 13kHz is just perfect for my tinnitus. Recently been under a lot of stress and around loud noises so it's flared up again and I looked around for higher-pitched tinnitus videos and found another great one by you. I am able to keep the sound so low but it's just enough to completely mask the tinnitus, so I get the benefits of quiet without the drawbacks of the loudness of tinnitus. Thanks so much!
This is amazing once again. I discovered these videos last year when I first noticed my high pitched tinnitus. I started to obsess over it and heard it at all times. It ruined my sleep, and I even felt I couldnt "hear" the TV over it, which is ridiculous but shows the power of the mind. Fans and other noises didnt work as their pitch was too deep. Eventually I bought a soft headband with speakers in, and tried out this matching sound, played at just the right volume to externalise the source. Over a few nights there were periods where I seemed to forget the tinnitus. Then, eventually, I managed to go 18 months without thinking or needing it at all. Its still there. Its loud. I notice it. But the connection, stress and fear had gone. This is what habituation means. It is not about getting used to it, but about not even being aware of it most of the time. I had a flare up this week, felt myself in the doom spiral again. I turned to THIS sound specifically. I woke up and its quieter. I am now sat outside and cant hear it. Dale has produced something really special here. I bought the full set on his website. Give it a go. You are not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks again.
This helps my tinnitus immensely. For some reason, when I pause it after listening, my ears vibrate. I get the same kind of experience as when you yawn and your hearing gets muted/your ears vibrate.
I have the same vibrating after listening! Only in the ear my high pitch ringing tinnitus is in. Thought it odd but also strangely relaxing as it vibrates, as if twitching. First time I listened to this my mood lifted instantly. Such a massive relief, as if my head, ear, neck and shoulders all had a weight lifted off them. I will use this when the tinnitus is particularly bad to be free for a bit of that insesent ringing. I also find it really odd when my ears ring for "real" the panning from one ear to the other. I always hope it may reset my ear, never does tho!
This helps mine a lot! I was sitting, ears going off like a fire alarm. Not sure why this video showed up on my suggestions, I have never even searched for tinnitus, ever. I am so glad it did though, instant relief.
This is very close to to the frequency of my tinnitus, listened for about 15 minutes and it definitely helped! Hopefully it will last for a while. Thank you for putting this out
Wow! What a relief! Im having a super loud flare up- i tried this and it's totally overriding my tinnitus! If i shut it off ..i don't think i ever want to! God- i feel so much more relaxed and not on edge only after 5mins! Im so happy i found this.
My tinnitus which I've had for years sounds similar to this. The frequency tends to change. This drowns out the noise in my head completely. Thank you. ✌
This is a perfect freq. for my right ear, just a bit low for my left as it's taken the brunt of abuse. All the sounds from you that I've tried, I forget I'm even listening to it, and its been a major first step in my habitation and attempted retraining! Thank you!!! Update: Just took my headphones off and for now, my right ear is silent! I have been immersed in various sounds for the last few hours... so to add to other comments, it does work, stay strong!
@@billdaniels3259 I can't say that I noticed a "difference" as the ringing is still there, but it absolutely helps it fade into the background. Been trying different videos off and on and after a few weeks its a go to on bad days... your mileage may vary, as with all things tinnitus.
@@dalesnale Thank you Dalesnale! Just found this last night and was so surprised that it really helped, not just a distraction but real relief. Not completely, but it seems to join with the tinnitus and mutes it quite a bit and it was immediate! So surprised my jaw dropped. Thanks again! Can you recommend other videos of yours? Also, after my initial reaction my 1st thought was this needs to be louder, if it was, I think it would drown it completely, at least while listening.

@@DJANTONIVS flavenoids decrease it substantially
I know the feeling.
@@DJANTONIVS never thought about what I ate for dinner and the ringing going crazy but I had pasta today and the ringing is on high volume right now
I understand your pain.
También dejar el café y el te, en un año me ha bajado el tinnitus un 97%
Covid weaponized my tinnitus. It sounds like I am in a tin can now. No hope in sight.
Your videos help me every day and all night so I can sleep. Thank you so much.

Stay strong everyone with tinnitus, you adapt I am sure of it ❤️
that doesnt sound bad at all. being scared of losing hearing is not a panic attack induced by the sound, forever.
Mine was 12947. I downloaded a sound board as I was curious as to what tone it was 😂😂
Same here. This video masks it perfectly. Found out I have a high pitched noise around the 13K herz as well haha
Same case like you I'm 24 and have tinnitus (13kHz)for about 3 months. Days are going well but not nights, sometimes can't able to sleep without listening any tinnitus relief sound using earbuds or handfree with phone.
Try a pedestal fan close to your face and bed, this is what helped me @@muhammadkumail9000

I just came across this two days ago. I have tried everything at night to sleep. I have a fan running on both sides of my bed and some kind of nighttime nature music. Nothing has really worked. I can still hear my ringing in both ears. I have a high pitch ringing. This one has been the only video to have worked. Thank you so much for making this.

How are you now?
The doctor suggests a good strategy, as low volume as possible.
I don’t have headphones- so I should play it at the lowest volume?
I'm floored, listened to this for 15 minutes and i can't even perceive my right ear tinnitus anymore, idk if it's going to help long term but listening to it before bed might just help me fall asleep peacefully again.
Is it still working?

I had a clogged ear that was cleared out almost 2 weeks age and now I have tinnitus I guess. The ringing is relentless and the anxiety of something you can’t escape is literally driving me crazy. This is one of my favorite tinnitus maskers. I also want to encourage everyone to allow yourself full exposure to your T with no maskers on a regular basis. In my experience, that has helped me to habituate/adapt to the ringing. If it’s keeping me up at night then I will definitely use maskers.
Great observations and ideas.
Really like the waterfall idea.

It gets much much easier to cope with I was there 10 years ago and today I hardly hear it. 😄
Same thing happened to me , is yours in both ears or just 1?
@@traver yes Justin and it started with one sound and then ended up with many tones. I was really anxious and depressed when I released it was maybe permanent. Then I got little noise generators for my ears about 6 months in and i realised it’s possible to tune it out. So after a year I stopped using them and don’t need anything now. Sometimes use white/purple boise just as I’m so used to it now 19 years later . Iv since met many many people who have it abs they cope so that helped me through so don’t read anything negative. In fact I’m hearing it for the first time this month as I write this just because it’s making me think about it😁
It's my left ear only, but it's such a high pitch piercing sound. Sometimes I just want to scream.
@@isobenjamindelaware8443 have you had a doctors appointment to rule out causes ?
Thanks Danny. Ears of experience go into each creation. :)
@@dalesnale "Ears of Experience" - would be a matching slogan for a shirt :D
This is awesome, perfect intro as well. I play this one from start to finish for the full 10 hours. I hope everyone else does the same so can boost this video to number 1 on UA-cam!
Er hat keine Ahnung von Tinnitus, sollte sein Tun woanders einbringen
This and “pink noise” for me have been a life saver
Thanks Mark for sharing your experience and getting control of "T".
How many months did you listen to this sound so you habituated?
@@satbirbains2632 dude I have that same panning shit I thought I was the only one 😂😂
Thank you. ✌
Then why not try tuning a tone generator to the same frequency, and putting on headphones ?
Cried as soon as this started playing. Relief!!!
putting this as a background sound really helps in concentration and carrying out daily tasks
Thanks for sharing that Gavin
So, how long did you listen before you noticed the difference?
@@dalesnale Forgot to add that I’m not using headphones, would that help? I use it for sleep and got 6 hours last night. Thanks so much!

Had ringing in my ear for 2 hours and it went away as soon as I heard this. Crazy but thank you so much!!!!!!!
