Does the design have to already be scaled to the job size for it to scale up/down? I had a design that was larger than the material area and design scaling didnt seem to affect it.
My problem is that my boss purchased a v-carve file for a project on a van we have to fit the inside of the van. The file comes with a bunch of profiles but given the nature of the layout or the nesting of the file I cannot figure out the original dimensions. The File came to us starting 6657" x 7627". Now the van is obviously not that big. Do you know of a scaling option for individual drawings?
Not sure if you have answered the question from Cezar. Would this also work if you are downsizeing? I have a project that is in two pieces, that requires them to click together when completed reliant on the thicknes of the matreial being used ie 6mm plywood
How would I scale up a complicated project by a percentage? I downloaded Todd's Pumpkin Pie dish cover from Vectric but the dish I want to use with it is 11.11 percent larger than the one he used. Do I have to calculate out and enlarge each component by the 11.11%? Or is there a way to enlarge the entire project by that amount? Thanks.

Hey Kyle, how would you calculate the scale for a job with cut outs designed for say 3mm cutout to 6mm cut outs to fit the material.
