Google My Business with a bunch of solid 5 star reviews is so important! Also making sure your service area is clear and listed.

Always thoroughly hydrate all plants and grass before applying chems. Also, ask your customer to run the sprinklers the night before.

Same here, I got like 60 5 star reviews and have gotten suspended twice.
Stop relying n Google, all of their search results will now be directed towards A.I generated answers. This means you are being pushed aside by algorithms that favor A.I vs you. Learn how to beat this because its not going away!
Dumb question, when you are pressure washing a customer's property are you using their water or does your truck supply it? TIA.
It's standard to use the customer's water! Most companies will also have a buffer tank (or multiple) to supplement their larger machines.
