I am a 63 year old American from Peoria Illinois, and I do not like brisket. My favorite BBQ is baby back ribs, pulled pork, breaded chicken wings, fries with the skin on, cornbread, and salad or coleslaw. For desert it's lemon meringe pie or chocolate cake.
😂 The look on Daz's face when Gaynor said "I like sausage" was priceless. He was trying so hard to hold on the joke. I noticed a cheeky camera cut so maybe he said it off camera. 😂

For the rest, it obviously caters to English tastes which is smart on the part of the owners.
