    You said skinny people should start with lean mode program and fat level should remain constant,muscles should go up.But in that program we are melting fat and breaking muscles.Can you please confirm which program skinny people should start with or how to modify lean mode program for muscle gain and fat remain constant?

    sir,,in skinny fat programme you told to fallow lean mode, and also u r told take 2day rest per week or dont do cardio or abs workout more than twice a week.
    so while i saw the lean mode programme,there is 6 day workout programme, and also have 3 times abs and cardio workout.
    so i was confuse.
    pleas let me know what is best or makes my confusion clear.

      I think bcoz skinny fat guys have low metabolism...and too much abs and cardio will only burn their muscles not fat
