Option 2 in lieu of elegance and class. I saw a residence or guest at The Lodge in Pebble Beach stepped out of a S-Class for the valet to park and option 2 lit up on the ground in fact all four doors if I recall since there were few other guests departing out of that automobile during dinner hours for residence and invited guests. The eBay was good when I first got it but it quickly got dimmer and hazy over time.

Finally received my door lights for w205 c450 It took a while to get my order in because the corona virus . But they are awesome. I think there better because like you stated they have higher resolution and the diameter is a lot bigger . Save about 1/2 the cost verses OEM.

Hey flex, just had a video Idea, was wondering if you could give some insight into car painting options. new paint vs plasti dip, vs wraps. would love to hear your opinion based on your experiences with different products. have a great day!
As I mentioned before, 204 mods aren’t going away. I still have the w204 c300 and c250.
Paint is the best but expensive to get it done right and you’re locked into that color. I’ve seen good paint jobs cost $3000-$10,000.
Plastidip can be DIY and the less expensive option at around $500-$1500 and you can pick any color you want and change it any time. Plus is works as a protective layer over your stock paint. But you have to stick to matte or satin. The gloss version is expensive to apply.
Wrap is a happy medium but it’s pricey for a good job. Looking at $1500-$4000. Not really DIY, you can pick from tons of colors and change it anytime and it works as a protective layer over stock paint.
I don’t think I’d ever paint a car. I’d wrap it if I want a gloss paint look but that’s if I want a color for a few years and have the capability to take it off before I sell the car. But since I like to change my color almost every year, I’d prefer dip. I already have the equipment, it’s DIY, and only cost me $400 and time everytime I wanna change color.

Hey Flex I ordered 2 from dealer ship and they were about $150, but your video looks like a great quality so I ordered 2 more from your guys for my other 2 doors. I bought the option B logo. From what I see on your video is that the quality is just as good as OEM. I will up date you all when the arrive. Compared to dealership I will be saving half.. thanks

Yea. I did it on my w205. I did a whole video on that. It’s the same process for the 204. DMP Car Design might even off the kit.
Option 2. It’s not an AMG. The resolution is crisp. Impressive. I wonder what the warranty yrs are....

The number 2 is the best. Number 3 is sort of boring and number 1 fits better in Mercedes-AMG models.

Flexx, I have a question, I've searched this problem in many forums but no one has the right solution for it.
So for 3 months Ive bought my dreamcar, a W204 Coupe 2014 7G tronic but while buying the car I didn't notice that the shift from 2nd to 3rd gear is hard if u don't push the gas paddle hard even if u push it hard u notice that its not working so well.. And also when the degrees are a little colder It doesnt shift from 2nd to 3rd gear correctly, so i have to do it manually and after 1-2 mins of driving its ''okay'' again, have u experienced something like that with ur W204 with the 3rd gear or someone else in the comment section, because i have no problem with another gear, just the 3rd one ? My car has about 53000km at the moment. Would appreciate any help, thank you!

I had a w204 and I had the same problem as well the transmission was giving me the same problem regardless of weather lol and I had a brand new conductor plate replaced on my transmission which is not cheap under warranty included and they had to reset the transmission at the dealership hope this helps sorry about your car

I orderd option 2 for my Mercedes-Benz W176 A-class 2016, My car has a AMG package on it but its officaly not a AMG so that is why i went with option number 2

Well, probably the easiest install anyone will do and after the trauma of fitting the 10.25 android screen thank god 🙏🏻
Without doubt a far superior product to my eBay purchase however at a far superior price as well. My eBay lights were £15 for 4 and I’d say the quality was pretty good however DMPs were £80 with p&p and import taxes but without doubt a better product. The projection is so much sharper and worthy of my beloved w204 👍🏻

I have a two door 2015 Mercedes-Benz C220 AMG ED Premium + CDI A 2143CC(W204), the door projector lights which you have demonstrated in this GREAT video appear to physically a different shape, therefore I suspect they will not fit my car. My door lights have red glass on the side and clear glass on the bottom, also they both have square corners(not rounded)
I would be most grateful for your advice as I wish place an order with DMP for the correct projector lights ASAP

I don’t know. I’m just not a fan of illuminated door sills. Just seems overkill when I already have a Mercedes logo shining bright when I open the door.

Hey man, been watching you for a while. Have you ever shopped from ecstuning? And if so, were you satisfied with the product? Im looking for some authentic carbon fiber parts such as a splitter, spoiler, etc
I cannot get into the dmp website. It gives a bandwidth error.
I can access their website by typing in DMP into my browser search but stiil, sometimes I'm getting an error too when just surfing their page. I just sent a note to them about the issue.
Their servers are down all day. They are working on getting it fixed.

But number 2 it’s different than normal ghost lights you’ll see. 3 is the typical. 2 stands out and it’s detailed like the AMG logo. I say 2 my guy.
I just recieved mine from dmp and i don’t know if you are using original ones or what , but the ones i recieved are definitely bad quality and don’t seem bright at all, worst money ever spent.
Instead of jumping into negativity...Did you even bother to tell DMP about the issue? Not every single aftermarket product is gonna be perfect. There’s always a percentage of defective units in any batch of inventory. That’s why there’s return policies and warranties.
Happened same thing with me. It's not even close to this video. I don't know I have to talk to dmp about this. Was waiting eagerly for this one but..

Of course you can. All I’m showing in the video are the different version that DMP has. They each come in pairs or sets of 4 of the same style you choose.

Yes. You just need to specific if your car is a 2 door or 4 door and which style you want.

My car didn’t have rear wiring to the door lights. The lights on the rear doors had no bulbs and no wires. They were fake.

I don’t know how the coupe connector is like. You need to check with DMP car design or see if the coupe is available in the drop down menu on the product page.
