Jim Eckles on the Victorio Peak Treasure - 450 tons of gold or one tall tale?

  • A look at the legend of Victorio Peak and its buried gold bars, now valued at $28 billion. That works out to be 450 tons of gold. It currently takes the entire United States more than 2 years to produce that much gold. It is more gold than was produced in the California Gold Rush from 1849-1855. How is that possible?

    What I want to know is at any time there was a Federal Grand Jury investigation done on all of the taking of investor's money since before the mid part of the 20th century to near the end of the 20th century.

    After watching the documentary Gold Lies videotape, at the end, people can say what they want, but why did they stop the research at the Nose family site in 2020, I believe? Especially when they were supposedly just 10 meters away, if I remember correctly, from the so-called grand hall. So why not let them dig those infamous 10 meters to be certain? It's quite strange that the army abruptly halted their excavations like that overnight when they announced being just 10 meters from the treasure chamber.

    I agree with Jim Eckles that there are not any big gold deposits in the Victorio Peak area, or tailing piles. There may be a hand full of small pockets of minerals that contain some gold that is not worth trying to extract a tiny amount of gold. If there is a Spanish Bank gold repository at Victorio Peak, then either the Confederate Army or outlaw gangs found it and used it for a hideout with adding their stolen loot to the Spanish Treasure. So, its either a tall story told for entertainment that might have a pinch of truth to it if Doc found Spanish Markings that morphed into gold bars in a cave type cavern that Doc found.

      Look up president Marcos from the Philippines finding tons and tons of gold or he stole that from a Filipino that found a Japanese treasure cave. He fled to Hawaii. The Filipinos he tortured sued him in Hawaii and was owed a fortune especially since Marcos took the gold but the lawyer found Marcos owned nothing but some land in Texas so Marcos victims in the Philippines got little for compensation. It’s a helluva tall tale except there’s documentation that Marcos found or stole a Japanese treasure vault and went to Hawaii and then magically was poor. He clearly had government help but that screams of conspiracy theory and tall tales. Marcos had the gold but after his court case he was shown to be poor so something happened.

      If you are skeptical of the government hiding things just look at the ex president of the Philippines fleeing to Hawaii and then losing in court owing billions to his victims in the Philippines. The lawyer that won discovered the ex President Marcos that flees with billions in gold only now owned a little land in Texas which was sold to compensate victims in the Philippines.
      The U.S. government must have helped him hide all that money cause now ex president Marcos son is now the president of the Philippines. It’s weird that the son of a prior dictator would magically end up the democratically elected president of the Philippines.
      The book gold warriors I guess talks about this stuff but the author had interviews on UA-cam. There’s good examples of the government doing things that can’t be explained.

    I agree with the questions around building everything based the amount of gold being to high. Of course it is. I doubt there is any treasure story real or false that doesn’t have an inflated number for what is supposed to be there.

    Excellent presentation. So nice to hear reason, logic and details missing from other documentaries we have seen. Thank you!

      For missing details you need to read the three books written about it.
      Sure 450 tons of gold seems like a lot or an impossible amount. But like if native Americans in Utah and other areas are right that their history says they were enslaved by the Spanish going back to the 1700s or earlier to mine gold you probably could acquire a lot of gold with hundreds of thousands of slaves across several states.
      A recent example was ex president Marcos of the Philippines that had a massive quantity of gold stolen by the government from the finder. The president fled to Hawaii and lost in court owing a huge amount of money to the Philippines for crimes. Oddly enough though after the court said he owed massive amounts the lawyer discovered the president Marcos owned nothing but one oil field in Texas or something. He had to have had US government help to hid all of his gold he brought and to appear poor after he lost his court case. Nothing about that story from what I’ve read makes any sense except government corruption.

    One story about the origin is that it was different treasures put there by the KGC.

    • @michaelfercik3691
      @michaelfercik3691 6 місяців тому +2

      That is interesting and would make the most sense of why there is a wide variety of items from 1600's to late 1800's on the supposed Doc's list of what he originally saw. Dowsing is the only exploration tool that will decipher whether or not there is a gold treasure around the Victorio Peak area. Plus any underground tunnels, voids or caverns can be dowsed with the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod with gauge the dowsing of all edges, exact center, and depth buried. If there is a gold treasure buried, I can dowse the exact center over it while giving the depth to be drilled that will locate the gold treasure. But, being a designated military base today, changes the ball game because it was not a military base when Doc located Victorio Peak. Go figure !

      @michaelfercik3691 sir if you are 100 percent positive that you can find gold with 2 metal rods than you can collect James Randi million dollar reward. He has passed away but the reward is still available to be collected. You have to prove using the scientific method that you can find real gold. If you contact them they will set up an Experiment for you to prove your talent. To this day people have tried but have not been successful. I guess will your ability you don't need the million dollars because you must be already rich.

    hard to believe that you start this story with Dr. Noss. It started hundreds of years before with the Spanish. This is a waste.

    • @michaelfercik3691
      @michaelfercik3691 6 місяців тому

      Not really, Noss conned investors out of money, so to Noss it was a GREAT investment bringing him fresh money through time.

  • @frankthatank2324

    All your assumptions are based on a quantity of gold that you prove could not realistically exist, so if it was a true story, but with heavily exaggerated quantity, what is your theory on that?

    • @michaelfercik3691
      @michaelfercik3691 6 місяців тому +1

      Noss made up the story for taking investor after investor's money to live on without having to work fo a living, which his drinking made him allergic to. One of the later investors shot Noss dead with a jury trial finding the man not guilty of murdering Noss, with it being a justified killing. Noss and his family lived in poverty, so he said that some gold was extracted and buried around the desert with the family scraping like everyone else to get by. Just take the story as science fiction so that it can be said it is a continuous twisting the adding in time of everything but the kitchen sink. They kept gathering investor's money into the 1990's Go figure !

    I think its possible that there was some treasure there at some point. I definitely dont believe it was mined there or even in new Mexico. Rather Arizona would be more likely. I definitely think the wells fargo box is total bs. Possibly some spanish bars. Though no where near 450 tons. More like 450lbs. I have seen a few documents that lead me to believe that would be a possibility.
