What a steal with a garage and garden, in another place the south of Italy will cost double and triple in northern without a garage and garden. I like you can choose to buy a kitchen and bathroom of your own taste.

So this apartment has it's very own garden? How awesome. I don't mind that it doesn't have air conditioning what with the breezes that's all I need. It must be sold by now.

I enjoyed seeing the contrast of a modern style of apartment to the stone built houses that we usually see. Airy, light and bright.
I think I could love living in either style, old rustic and traditional, or new and clean lines... but within those, there would be the ones I would love and also ones I would not love so much. 😉❤

That place has lots of going for it. The garden was a plus and the big terraces. The bathroom I would gut and put a large tub shower combo in there, there is lots of room in there. And like you stated I would take down the wall in the kitchen and make it one big open concept room. Both bedrooms are huge. I'd put built in wardrobes for the master. One big wall of closet and storage.
Now, this is a property that I would quickly rent while searching with you for a place that speaks to me. Very stunning. But with that garden, I might be drawn to stay put. But I have faith in finding an old world property with an expanive terrace, wonderful balconies with room for a couple of chairs, & a little table, a cantina or two, a garden, a garage and a bit of finish work to make it mine when the time is right and the stars align.😊

Nice layout, nice garden area. However, for the price I'm surprised that the kitchen and bathroom aren't finished out. I would also think that for a newer, more modern building there should be air conditioning. That being said, if you are someone who wants to be closer to the sea, the location is ideal. I'd love to see some older properties with old Italian charm in this area. The town is beautiful. What's the population?

This is a " newer" town for the bourgeoisie and neuveux riche who didn't like Montesilvano proper right on the beach just north of Pescara or couldn't afford the villas and Villetas in Pescara Colle.
I think you just devalued the word 'stunning' with that "stunning sea view"

😱 Shame on you 😅 Montesilvano Colle is one of my favourites!! Much nicer than Montesilvano/Pescara (in my opinion) the restaurants are great there too. I love the traditional old Italian buildings, the amazing view...the rolling hills... It's a beautiful spot!

Good lookng apartment, but the price seems very high considering there isnt a kitchen and needs work on the bathroom.
Love the town, but the apartment is very reminiscent of a Florida condo - except those dont have elevators!

Great lock-up and leave place! If that wall between the living room and kitchen could be removed (or at least opened up more than a doorway), that would make a world of difference. Also, if that balcony wrapped around it would make it that much better…wonder if that is even possible….
I don't know what is going on with housing prices in the USA, but I live in a 2 BD apartment near train tracks in a mid-sized southern city and a 2bd apartment this size would be over $2000/mo.!? I can own this for less?!😂

doesn't seem to have a lot of character though...🤷♀🤷♀. But - since cardboard's not really that great for cooking or brushing ones teeth...what would be a guess for cost to put an actual kitchen and bath? :)
This is a great apartment. Is €50 per mo. The only charges? I agree, maybe too high without kitchen or bathroom. On the flip side, less to remove when remodeling.
No kitchen and bathroom?? Spartan yes, but they are there. Bet the majority of these condos are used in summer months only to be close to the beach.

I think you should include maintenance fees for property taxes and upkeep for the building in your listings. Just to give the viewer a more complete picture.

Wish you could have shown more of the garden. I realise places are more expensive near the sea but there is more work to be done as there is no kitchen and one bath without a sink...price seems high.

In Italy kitchens are considered furniture and normally goes with the seller.. it’s typical that a purchaser needs to put in their own kitchen.. if the kitchen is older then they may leave it
@honeybunny5112 not necessarily. If u have sectional kitchen from Ikea then easier to take apart (but still have to put back together in same arrangement unless u get a hew countertop). Many renos in older places have custom kitchens built for the space to maximize use so harder to relocate.
I wish you would show the property first, then the city. If I like the home, then I can consider where it is. No sense liking the town then the property doesn’t work for me. Love your videos though. Just have to fast forward, then start over.

Cute, cute little place! However I love Old Traditional Italy that I’d rather put money into, to refurbish and to keep old Italy alive and keeping with the history of Italy

All depends what you are looking for. Closer to Pescara commands more money. Half an hour to an hour inland is where the bargains are.
