She shared a lot of very useful information. Great interview.
Thank you!
Great podcast Monica was great
Grazie Monica! This is exactly my plan! I should have my dual citizenship in roughly two years and then I'm going house hunting in Abruzzo!
Is very hard to have citizenship in Italy, I know Americans who bought houses and they must leave after 3 months only EU can live there.
Very informative. My wife and I are considering Italy for retirement.
Very cool. Do you know what area yet?
Thanks for the vlog very informative !
Great info. Thank you Monica.
Good information , thank you for the videos.
Great information 👍
Thank you both, this is really great information!
You're welcome and thank you for viewing!
Maybe you should make people aware that, no matter how cheap property and food is, when it comes to gas & electricity, costs are astronomical. And you can take that as fact, as not only do i have a brother & sister living there, but also countless friends. I am also paying the gas & electric standing charges on my parents house, and i can assure you, it's not cheap. Furthermore, the area from Silvi all the way down to Pescara is considered rather "dodgy" by most locals, with many illegal people just wandering the streets and beaches.
I wanted to hear the weather
Wow that was impressive. Monica covered it all. She is very good in communicating clearly and to the point. Btw private insurance is almost same in cost. Maybe 10-20% difference and in the end you will go to the same hospital and doctor. Not really worth it.
Thank you for this addition!!
Please let us know about the Weather. In that place. Thanks ❤
Good idea!!
Compared to Manhattan, where I am now, I could easily do €600/mo! 🤣 Though I'm much more interested in buying a little place outright. I'm already looking at all kinds of property videos from Abruzzo to Puglia, regions where I'm particularly interested in. Hope to do a scouting trip and meet expats as soon as next summer, 2025. Thank you for your videos and for Monica!🙂
0:33 that was a long 🛎️
? Non Capisco.
@@adventurefreaksss you’re a strange 🦆.
Is it possible to secure a rental if you do not speak Italian?
Yes a large portion of expats in Italy do not speak italian. You will have no problem.
And what about visas for non citizens?
Check out the Puglia video as visa requirements are covered there. Thank you for viewing!
Very hard.
This lady is quite sharp.
