Dear Laura, I have to questions for you:
1. Has somebody been declined of Erasmus + traineeship grant because there were better people competing with him?
2. Can you stay in the country of your choice and get a job after it? For example, your traineeship in a company ends - can they hire you for a fulltime? What if they can't - can I apply for a visa for looking for a job?

My Question: I m doing my masters in Germany and got an internship offer at Italy... The organisation that provided me Internship told me that I can use the Erasmus+ scholarship... I don't know where to start...

Unless you study in Europe, you won't be eligible for an Erasmus internship. You can look for other offers on websites that collect internship offers for everyone, such as Indeed.
