My favourite story is that one night I was out with a friend, and she asked me if I wanted to come to an Erasmus party. I actually don't really like parties as I'm a bit socially awkward with new people, but I went, and it turned out to be the party where I met one of my best friends!
Im going on erasmus in sept and Im kind of afraid of being far from my hometown and safetyness in general but thanks to ur vid I will look at it more like an opportunity to call another place home. Also, hearing you talk about where I live from your perspective, made me somehow appreciate my city more :)
Hi! I just got back from my erasmus and I had the same feeling as you. I was super scared and sad to leave my friends, my boyfriend and my home, but I really wish I wouldn’t have stressed about it that much. Erasmus was great and everything worked out amazing, it was easy to make friends (because everyone is in the same position). I always say that in erasmus you get the biggest highs and lows in your life (for me more highs than lows). I miss it so much, but it is so amazing to meet people from different countries and I’m already planning to visit my friends in Greece and France.
Omg this video was so helpful. Im going to nancy in france in september , its kinda a random place im scared i wont like it. Valencia seems so nice.. i hope my experience is as good as yours:)
I want to go to abroad do my master, or at least to work a few months in UK or Ireland, but first of all getting the C1 😅. Valencia es, junto a Madrid, la mejor ciudad de España. Me alegro que lo disfrutases 🎉
I was only on short term erasmus plus project in spain and in my contry but yea it was awesome and i am going to go to universtitety in the next year and also going to erasmus and another short term project abroud.
hii! i’m really interested about Erasmus, and i loved your video about it, but since i’m on my last year of high school i wanted to know if you could do a video about how you did to get in Erasmus. ❤
There’s really not much to say! It’s for European uni students only, and It will be something you get offered at university on probably 90% of courses:) sometimes it means taking an extra year at uni but normally you can study and get the credits you need as normal 🥰
I have been in an erasmus in valencia also and I really felt like you. Now I feel the "Post erasmus depression"=))))) and I'm thinking going back there with another erasmus but I dont really know if its the right decision or I should go anywhere else. What do you think?
I want to go but I have a question about the money part, is it enough? Like from the grant or no? And how much money do you advise us to save? I noticed you havent mentioned the money part but you know some students end up not being able to do so many things because of the money part and is it easy to find a part time job there or is it not needed?
So, such a great question! For British Council, you get a grant that is definitely enough to live off of, I always had money at the end. But if you’re studying and you only have erasmus then maybeeee it can be tight! I know people that we’re fine, but I would defo recommend coming with an extra €200 for each month you are there if your Erasmus grant is only €450 euros a month. Because I did English teaching, I got both grants
hii, I would like to know if once you are in the Erasmus, what do you think if i can not stop about shorten Erasmus It's like I want to stay and travel around the country, but also I dont feel 100% confortable and sure I want to stay :):(
Hi Lucy, i’m wondering if you still didn’t have social media during your erasmus? And if no: did you feel like you were missing out? I’m going on erasmus next year and i have been off social media for nearly 3 years now, but i’m starting to think i want to be on it again as it is easier to connect with people that way? Love the video’s! :)
I will do Erasmus next semester and I am mixed feelings, I'm excited because I've always dreamed to do it but I'm afraid at the same time! Is this normal? Thank you for the video 😊
Its my 3th day I am still looking for a place to stay but everywhere is so dirty,I don't have friends but eveyone already made friends like hello I am so lost 🤣
Yani bakıyorum öylesine bir kız hiçbir özelliği yok ama erasmus a alınmış yada hiçbir özelliği yok ama avrupa da hollandada amerika da veya ingiltere de nasil oluyor.
Two years ago i did my erasmus and i can totally relate!! Especially with the post-erasmus depression 🥹but I’m still very grateful for this amazing experience 🌺
