Sorry y'all, I misspelled 'Shigeharu" in the first upload, so here is is again! #iscrewedup
Give me all your fuzz pedals and think about what you did.
Pete, the audio production value on all of your video's are just incredible.
Thanks!
Absolutely love it! Thanks Pete!
The pedal can also be adjusted when removing the back plate. Inside you can mess with the HAVOC Slider and BIAS control. These options can activate the kill switch and make the octave run 100% of the time, if you like of course. If Pete mentioned, I am sorry.
You really played the Shigeharu out of that pedal. Killer tones!
Your demo-songs are always the best. Wow.
Real Nasty and yet loads of tone. Love this sound!!! - Great video as always, thanks Pete.
really great sounds Pete thorn! thanks
Killer tune and yet another amazing fuzz contraption from the humble geniuses at Caroline Guitar Company.
Dirty, fuzzy, and nasty. My wife calls me that all the time..lol.
Great demo as always, Pete! That momentary octave switch is brilliant for lead breaks. They should sell that thing by itself as a one-button lead booster!
NICE VIDEO LIKE ALWAYS PETE, THANKS !!!
So Sick! I love this company! Caroline is taking it to another place with their forward designs!
Sounds great! You're a hard working man. Thanks for all your demos and your guitar Awesomeness!
great job Pete! awesome tone, almost perfect sounding. very cool pedal, and awesome playing man!
Holy hell, that first huge tone blew my mind!! Love it.
Just great playing, phrasing and writing, a treat for the ears!
Wow. An actual good bass tone in a fuzz demo -- just after 6min mark. Didn't think such a thing existed on youtube. Very nice.
Pete another amazing review.
I am staggered by how quickly you can turn around original music to demo stuff on. It would take me months to generate tunes which were still not even close to the quality you achieve weekly. Amazing
Killer music in this demo, loved the Queens of the stone age vibe
Great sounding fuzz. I'm in the market for a fuzz and will definitely give this one a shot.
I have no idea but the chord progression really brought me back to older RUSH tracks like Farewell to Kings and 2112 Era RUSH! Great demo, scared of fuzz pedals bcs its so easy to waste cash on fuzz pedals that often don't work out. This pedal looks like it could be a winner. Thanks for sharing and AWESOME PLAYING!
Another riff for the album... killer demo.
killer tone
This is the first fuzz pedal I really like. You can absolutely here the OD tone. Probably why I like it. Sounds like it would be a lot more versatile than a straight-up fuzz. Once again, very nicely done Mr. T.
As always, excellent review, playing and riff writing. You ought to do a demo of using that sweet Distressor I see racked up! I love it on guitar as an insert in my DAW and would love to hear your opinion on it compared to the Fatso Sr by UA.
once again.... dammit Pete!!!
Nice demo Pete !!!
Jeeze, it makes that strat sound like a LP plugged into a Super Lead, or near-Van Halen brown sound.
Shigeharu is guy's given name, and logo on the pedal says Columbia. Have no idea why...
Masato Music Does his name have a meaning ? Curious.
no just some dude's name. Columbia logo kinda reminds me of Columbia record logo in Japan I guess.
Caroline Guitar is located in Columbia South Carolina, that's probably why.
means "Sunny" in Japanese… does it not?
ah!
So here is an idea for one of your tutorials. You've got several layers of fuzz tone here, I always struggle with a muddy mix when layering to many similar tones. I get that it's a balancing act but when you've got 3 or 4 layers of fuzz where do you cut and boost?
Actually Shigeharu is the name of the 4th most acclaimed waiter in Columbia hahaha #truestory
Abraham Urias Ya I heard that as well haha, super funny. I just got the Wave Cannon, it's also a great pedal from Caroline
Abraham Urias Columbia takes food service really seriously, I take it. Nowhere else is it cool to be #4 for anything. A bronze medal in The Olympics is 3rd place. 4th gets you a snap-back cap if you're lucky.
Great demo Pete! Does the pedal work well (not to affected) after a Buffer? Looking for a fuzz Who's Buffer friendly! thanks again for all the great content....
Hey, it does indeed work very well after a buffer - exactly the same as without a buffer.
John Snyder thanks
This or the Greer Hornet? Can't decide
Do you want an "overdrive" fuzz or an "octave" fuzz? If you want an octave feature, check out the PinUp.
It says "Koronbia" (Columbia) on the front for reasons which are a total mystery to me.
Charles Carr the company is from Columbia South Carolina.
@@ebail8359 Ah.
Mmmm... dirty... (Well that's what I got from this :O) Another stunningly musical demo fro PT. You make it look easy, but....
That's one of the fattest strat sounds i've ever heard! I don't know why i didn't think of it till now, but will you ever share how you do you bass tones as well? It's one of my struggles when recording my own music.
Shitty HadU? Hey Pete, I know this may be revolutionary, but how about showing your subs how to get decent tones on amp they would use when buying an expensive pedal??? Crazy... yup, but one day you will be cool, like me.
Jimmy D. It's my Bassman in the song, for all the parts- such a common amp, and cost me $300. Not fancy!!!!
Pete Thorn just razzing ya. I guess a bassman qualifies.
who are you actually looking at???
