Yes beets! I've been juicing them since I saw your previous video. I have been wondering.. if I juice them and have the pulp left over, could I use that to make beetroot powder? Do you think the pulp would lose its mojo?
That's a Good tip - Adding cinnamon to offset the beet sugar. Have you tried running the beets through a juicer - freezing the juice in ice trays and dehydrating the pulp? -KJ

You can, but, it won't have as much nutritional value then if you used the whole beet!

No i've never tried that method , this one I get great nutritional value from the powder.
