Excellent video, it's straightforward. I stopped buying canned beetroot and canned vegetables because of the chemicals I read they put in them and love beetroot in sandwiches. Surprised there is sugar in the recipe. Don't grow it but hope can buy them with the roots and bit of stalks on them. Thanks Beck.😊

What is the overflow method
Thank you for the easy recipe. Can I boil the beetroot directly into the vinegar instead of boiling it in the water. To preserve the nutrients.

If they’ve sealed properly you can store them in the cupboard. If they haven’t sealed properly, store in the fridge and eat within a couple of weeks

Can you drink the juice that's left from the boiling process, and being diabetic can the sugar be omitted.

Hi Beck here in Canada I don’t think we have a 4 or 8% white vinegar, we have malt or apple cider vinegar, please advise which+h to use, thxs

How soon can you start eating them? Do they need to sit around sealed for sometime?
Yes you can store them for about 2 weeks before eating
Please can l put it inside refrigerator
I use brown vinegar add red onions and honey for extra flavour
Do you eat the green leaves?
Yes , wash them , chop them and stir fry them as you do to spinach . Enjoy
