Carnage Counts I remember seeing this on dvd whilst loaded one night, and after watching him scrape away the frosted plastic coating from his window, I got it into my head that my windows must be covered in black plastic. I spent nearly an hour scratching at the glass, frantically looking for a corner or tear, only for it to dawn on me that it was actually 1 am, and back yard was pitch black... Damn those where good days...

This weapon was a full-auto version of the Beretta 92. There's actually a burst-fire version of the Beretta known as the 93R, but it's not a very easy gun to control.

As awesome as the action sequences are in this movie, I wish they were bloodier, I actually thought this was rated PG-13 for the longest time but when I found out it was rated R I was like no fucking way it is lol

Gun Fu was around before Equilibrium. But Gun Kata was this movie's invention. It was refined further in Ultraviolet.

The ending was a bit fucked up if you think about. I mean they did say the effects of the drug would ware off in a day once its supply ran out, so why did the resistance kill those low ranking soldiers who were most likely on the drug?

It was offscreen death. If they actually showed animals getting killed like in the older movies (especially the damn cannibal movies), a lot of groups would be up in arms, and quite rightly so. And the dog-killing was meant as a Kick The Dog moment for the government of Libria.
In a futuristic world, a regime has eliminated war by suppressing emotions: books, art, and music are strictly forbidden and feeling is a crime punishable by death. Clerick Preston (Bale) is a top-ranking government agent responsible for destroying those who resist these rules. When he misses a dose of Prozium, a mind-altering drug that hinders emotion he has been trained to enforce strict laws of the new regime, suddenly becomes the one capable of overthrowing it.

I don't wanna be that guy, but why did they have to kill the dogs? Also in the shootout starting at 3:00, is that the same hallway used for the Matrix? It looks fairly similar, except not green-tinted.
Anonymous Person Just watch the movie, unless as you might be after watching this entire video are disintrested. Basically everything that provokes emotions has to be destroyed. Dogs were no exception. And the hallway shootout is not that same from Matrix, however I do see where you come from with that.
