I assume if they are going for power they will go for around 3-5 reps per exercise. Confident on this but for sets I'm not sure what the volume he's going for. Some exercises are contrast training aswell so the first 3 exercises as a bundle, the next 3 as a bundle and the core as a bundle. Thats what I am infering
