I’ve done the same thing! I used to watch every single video Heidi would put out ever since 2015. Then the last couple of years got a little crazy with having babies and fitness kinda took a backseat and wasn’t working out as much. Finally getting back into a routine and I’m loving the throwback feel of this vlog. She always motivates me 🥰
I’ve taken quite a break too. I felt like the videos were more day in the life minus the workouts when she first started. I have missed those!

Laying out the day/story, transitions, etc. I low key missed it!!! But I know how crazy my schedule gets sometimes and I know I won't always be able to do it all myself lol.

Ahh love the self vlogging! Just like old times🥺 I’ve had an endoscopy, they will knock you out but not with surgical grade (idk if that’s what you would call it) but they would do something to put you to sleep for a short amount of time. I was SCARED TO DEATH and it was so not bad. It was like a 10 minute deep nap lol. Wasn’t aware of anything going on. Then I had a surgery with actual anesthesia and in comparison was a lot stronger lol it’s no biggie girl! Your vids keep me going! Love ya💕

I’ve researched the morning thing (I.e. “sleep inertia”) and some doctors think that some individuals physiology just has a longer sleep intertia window than others. It takes me up to 2 hours to fully wake up in the morning (depending on the time of morning and the season), and during that time I’m super sensitive to sound, slightly disturbed when people try to talk to me, and sometimes worry for myself if I have to get on the freeway during that time 😂 (I try not to). I have just accepted that this is how my body is!! I’d like to say I CAN work out in the AM…but it literally feels like torture until I’m almost done 😁.

Workout for me I perform better in a fasted state I know it’s cause my metabolism is slower & it takes me longer to digest & when I eat even a protein snack 30 min before my workout I feel it coming up … 😂 Fasted state I’m like Rocky literally & my body just can go faster & harder so just everyone’s body type. Nonetheless; hope you can make more content like this… just like the old days in San Antonio

Do you have tips for lower back to strengthen it but to also make it not so sore?
Do you stretch afterwards? Drink plenty of water and get your protein in. I use to get so sore too in my lower back to where it HURT badly. Now I don’t have much issues when I stretch , drink tons of water and get at the very least 100 grams of protein a day. Get some natural bcaas in if you can. Eggs are great for that unless you have a supplement.

I had an upper endoscopy (camera down the throat) in 2019! I'm 34 and have GERD. I thought it sounded like about the worst thing I could possibly imagine... but they literally just put me under like it was any other procedure and then I woke up 30-45 mins later none the wiser to what they did. A sore throat for a couple days but nothing bad. And then you have all these weird pictures of the inside of your esophagus 😳
How do you manage your symptoms? I’ve been recently prescribed Pantoprazole but I’m trying to reduce my stomach acid naturally. Thanks!

I've had a camera down my throat into my stomach...whilst conscious/without any sedatives!! 😰 It was traumatic. Deff get put under if you ever need to have that done! (The doctors make you wrap your arms around yourself because you basically start choking and your natural reaction is to try rip the camera out of you! Not nice lol) x
