Hey, TC. Thanks for this video, among others! I had my gallbladder removed about 12 years ago and, like so many others, was never told about side effects or post-op care. I have had gastritis with no meaningful help from the medical community aside from directions to take acid-blockers. How shallow their knowledge base was. I stumbled upon a vlog on UA-cam of a young girl suffering from chronic gastritis and she was able to stop her symptoms by reading a book by Jonathan Wright, MD "Why Stomach Acid Is Good for You: Natural Relief from Heartburn, Indigestion, Reflux and GERD" published in 2002, I believe. I highly suggest this book as it is a true education in gastric systems and health. He has thoroughly researched what you are suggesting here in your video.

I was fortunate that when I went to see a surgeon, he said, "Your issue isn't your gallbladder, and even though I could remove it, it's not going to help you. If anything, it will make it worse." In my case, I had GERD and gastritis.

Thank you! Been using cabbage juice a few weeks and it's getting better. Also taking additional steps. I think you are really into something here. Won't post my whole story, but going to complete the digestion course and keep improving. Hopefully we can have a conversation one day. I still have gastritis but my life is changing. Long term PPIs fucked up my digestion big time, but the body really is amazing. ACV and HCL can help a lot. One thing you might say more often as you say in this video is that many people might need to let their mucus heal abit before acidifying too much.

I am a bit overwhelmed, but watching your videos and reading your book ( I ordered a real book as well). Got a son who has beat alcohol and other issues, but is now trying to beat chewing tobacco. He has allergies as well and since growing up has not eaten anything healthy. This chewing tobacco I believe is REALLY causing his stomach to be super irritated. He wretches, vomits, gags, and it is horrifying to hear and witnesses - every morning. He can't eat much. Had an MRI an gall bladder is fine. I am making celery juice, got the mastic gum today, limonene. Got the Beet flow and he is really trying to give that chew up. Anyhow, I really appreciate the way you make me laugh in the midst of all this serious stuff!!

@@angelagreen154 Well, this was a while back and lots has happened since. He started having anaphylactic shock last Nov. & it became chronic. He slept in a hospital parking lot all winter bc we live too far out, with his epi pens, blood pressure cuffs, oximeter while trying to find a dr. . Eventually, he was dx with idiopathic angiodema, for which there is no cure. This can cause those areas inside and out with the type of tissue one has in the throat, lips, mouth, and stomach ( and more) to swell like hives and is very painful ( caused his vomiting)There are strong meds to try to help, but yucky side effects. He has had 7 shots so far, and his throat has not swelled all the way shut, but he is still unable to do anything nore eat alot. He cannot work - some triggers are known some cannot be known. Perfume, chemicals, mold definitely are biggies. He can't talk for long or it shuts his airway. He has allergies as well to pollen, trees, etc... . Horrible mess. So, his dr referred him to an ENT bc he suspected he had vocal cord dysfunction, which sounds like no big deal but is. No cure, but you do exercises to help manage it. His throat closes with that one too, but not quite all the way, which helps the PTSD for which he sees a counselor. His speech pathologist who helps deal with the VCD thinks he has either one or more hernias and perhaps a tear somewhere and he sees a gastro oct 1st. He has had every test but the scope for stomach. He has had a laryngoscopy, MRIs, ultrasounds, CAT scans. He was a weightlifter who lifted 500 to 600 lbs weight and on top of the vomiting everyday I suspect a hernia or that plus a tear. There are non surgical ways to deal with hernias sometimes and we hope for that.

I began to have a burning sensation, pain in the left upper abdomen. Small spots of blood in my stool on occasion. Went to the ER with severe pain and they did a CT scan with contrast. They said I had some inflammation but said nothing more of what it could be. Just loaded me up on reflux and acid medicine..(I’ve not had any reflux symptoms) Also an ulcer medication.
It’s been 5 months since then and I’m still having the same symptoms. Insurance won’t pay for a colonoscopy due to the fact I had a ct with contrast…I’m miserable. At this point I don’t know if I have cancer, gastritis, a hidden ulcer or IBS or even Celiac’s.
2 weeks ago I went back to my doctor with pain and they took a xray in his office and said I had bloating and constipation. It’s hard for me to pass gas and empty completely. Again, it’s oh, just gas and take a laxative. At this point I don’t know what to do.. I can feel the inflammation daily. It’s starting to affect my daily life and I’m afraid I may have cancer. I have a 9 yr old and I’m scared.

I also often get heartburn or, worst of all, dark green diarrhea, is it because of the Gall bladder? For almost 8 years I have had gastritis due to too much coffee. What is dangerous about coffee is not the caffeine but the acid.
One more thing, in my family there is a history of liver disease, my grandmother and most recently my father had gallstones, he also often had maag and often took antacids. Both died of the same liver disease, possibly caused by their gallbladder.

I have very painful gastritis and I tried increasing my stomach acid (just with a teeny tiny amount of HCL) and oh my gosh.. I got SEVERE pain and burning so bad that I felt like I was having a heart attack. The whole experience was traumatic. Absolutely traumatic. So I am scared to death now to try increasing the stomach acid. Even cabbage juice is causing terrible, terrible burning. Celery juice also causes burning for me. So I guess maybe something is going on that is beyond gastritis? I do have the connection with gallstones. I am going through miserable gallbladder attacks and stones moving around this month actually. My theory is that my stomach is so burned up and inflamed that it can't even handle a pinch of acid right now.. not sure how to heal it enough to make it able to tolerate some acid. (All of my food comes out undigested, so I know the acid is pretty much non-existent).

Interesting topic so I've added that to my list. Until then, Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through running simple self-tests you can run at home to get an idea of what imbalances can be creating trouble, and what steps would help you correct them. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

Fasting with anti inflammatory diet. Take oats in the morning with no sugar , you can have banana or blueberries and in the second meal , boil chicken and boil rice and veges (cabbage, potato) in that stock. Put little salt to taste in it nothing else. It will help you
