Miss SiLLibake, I made these tonight and my family absolutely loved them!!! You really knocked it out of the park with this one!!! 💕 Thank you for the recipe!!!
These blondies look so delicious! I’ll try these tonight! I’ve never used toasted almond flour before so I think it will be a nice change from the regular almond flour.
I don't know what went wrong but I did not get the same consistency in my batter so I couldn't spread it. Also, it seemed like I didn't have enough for my pan??? I used monk fruit and stevia for sweetener but everything else was the same. Help?😊
@@sillibake Thanks for getting back to me. I really appreciate it. I am trying to be sugar free and so I am using different sugar subs, so I used 1.5 tbsp of granulated monkfruit/erythritol and 1.5 tbsp of just monkfruit powder for the swirl. In the batter, I used 1/3 of a cup of the monkfruit powder and about 2 tbsp. of Stevia powder because it's so sweet. I'm sure that must have caused some issues. What do you think?
Agreed. You should use the half cup. In certain baked recipes the amount of sugar used does affect the end result. Keep in mind, the first half of the batter that I put in the pan is a pretty thin layer. I hope you try it again! Thank you for your support! 🙏
Oh, I will keep trying to make it work. My first attempt may not have looked as pretty as yours, but it still tasted great. Thanks for the recipe and your extra time.👋

Hi there. I’m sorry it didn’t work out! How much granulated sugar did you use it total.
