Aur imp cheez khane se phle 1 glass water peena ha khane k bad 1 hr tk pani nhi peena. In tips ko follow kro apka weight zarur loose hoga.
Mene in tips ko follow krk 62 kg se 57 tk weight loose kiya bina gym join kiya bina koi diet follow kiye. Ghr per hi exercise krti hu aur diet ka diyan rakhti hu.. Bss

Your said each and everything 200% true ....i lost 21 kg after 1 sat pregnancy and then again after 2nd i on on my journey to get bqck prepregnancy weight which was 54 . I started from 78 and now i am 63kg my baby is 2 years old and daughter is school going ...still i am just focusing on the lifestyle ... slight calorie deficit diet + 30 min resistance training workout and i am whole day super active and this way i am losing extra fat....

I am also on my weight loss journey but when I start my workout get lost by lots of youtube videos. If you could pls share the videos which you followed it would be a great help so that I can utilize my time in doing exercises rather searching different videos. once again u nailed it girl ❤.

Most of working Indian women start work in 6 months after pregnancy. There is no time for workout but by leading active life like travelling working catching public transport etc. we usually lose our weight very fast.

HEYY thank you for sharing your journey...such a positive video ... i wanted to lose weight from longest time ...i joined gym 2 months back and i don't understand whats going wrong but i started gaining weight .. i stopped eating sugar almost 1 year back no fried foods,coke... exercising 5 days a week .. nothing worked..
That's probably muscle gain. Ditch the scales for a while, you'll notice inch loss.

I would like to help u with this:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
2. Start with 10 k steps in a day like for a week do 3 k steps then increase.
3. Don’t eat food after 6 pm.
4. Decrease the portion size of meals .
5. Remove gluten n dairy from your diet completely.
4. Don’t compare yourself with anybody .
