      ​@@seemronbajracharya8700mai khud weight loss journey pa huu mene b loose kiya hai in tips ko follow krk aap kuxh b khao jo ghr mai bnta ha lakn portion control krna imp hai 2 packagaged cheeze avoid kro uski jgh pa ap fruts dry fruits kha skty hoo3 apko stress nhi lena ha hmasha happy feel krwana ha apne apko 4 apko 6se 7 glass water peena hai din mai 5 apko koi b exercise krni ha 30 tk din mai daily apki walk krna hai 40 mint daily ksi b tym active rakhna ha apne apko hmasha 7 apko 67 se 8 hrs ki neend puri krni hai raat ko.. Aur imp cheez khane se phle 1 glass water peena ha khane k bad 1 hr tk pani nhi peena. In tips ko follow kro apka weight zarur loose hoga.

      Mene in tips ko follow krk 62 kg se 57 tk weight loose kiya bina gym join kiya bina koi diet follow kiye. Ghr per hi exercise krti hu aur diet ka diyan rakhti hu.. Bss

    Your said each and everything 200% true ....i lost 21 kg after 1 sat pregnancy and then again after 2nd i on on my journey to get bqck prepregnancy weight which was 54 . I started from 78 and now i am 63kg my baby is 2 years old and daughter is school going ...still i am just focusing on the lifestyle ... slight calorie deficit diet + 30 min resistance training workout and i am whole day super active and this way i am losing extra fat....

    Wow Niketa, hats off to you , not an easy journey. its takes a lot of courage to say no to sweet delicious meals and follow our diet meal. I am also on my weight loss journey but when I start my workout get lost by lots of youtube videos. If you could pls share the videos which you followed it would be a great help so that I can utilize my time in doing exercises rather searching different videos. once again u nailed it girl ❤.

    Your body type when you gained weight looks exactly like mine, I always thought all women I see have more lower belly fat but I have a round belly… I Gained weight after pregnancy too.

    I have only gained 6kgs till now in 6.5 months of pregnancy...didn't even eat lot of sweets..yet got gestational diabetes and have to stop eating carbs now...I wish I could eat more .😢

    Most of working Indian women start work in 6 months after pregnancy. There is no time for workout but by leading active life like travelling working catching public transport etc. we usually lose our weight very fast.

    Losing hormonal weight gain is not easy... Nothing is impossible is right but sometimes mental stress blocks your mind .. fatigue, stamina doesnt help.. how to improve that pls mention that...

    Hello my dear. i am 5 feet 8 inches tall
    lost 16 kg so far from 92 to 76 kg
    will go down to 70 😊

    HEYY thank you for sharing your journey...such a positive video ... i wanted to lose weight from longest time ...i joined gym 2 months back and i don't understand whats going wrong but i started gaining weight .. i stopped eating sugar almost 1 year back no fried foods,coke... exercising 5 days a week .. nothing worked..

      That's probably muscle gain. Ditch the scales for a while, you'll notice inch loss.

      I would like to help u with this:
      1. Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
      2. Start with 10 k steps in a day like for a week do 3 k steps then increase.
      3. Don’t eat food after 6 pm.
      4. Decrease the portion size of meals .
      5. Remove gluten n dairy from your diet completely.
      4. Don’t compare yourself with anybody .
      You can do it ❤
