I was at 98 before 5 years than I loose my weight upto 76 kg then i again gain the weight upto 84 now with proper diet and exercise I lost 20 kg within 5 months now am 64 and my height is about 172cm which is considered as normal weight according to my height....

Just count on ur calories ,eat upto 1300 calories for 7days u should avoid sweet food items and oily food items and u should completely avoid coconut.do exercise for atleast 2 times a day according to ur time preference after ur first 7 days of your diet and exercise plan measure you weight u may see a slight difference in your weight then continue the 1100 calorie diet for a month with exercise for 6 days a week then increase your calorie intake into 1200 for a month with the exercise then again reduce your calorie intake for 1100 for 2 month's with exercise.And u can see ur transformation .Once u achieve don't go over 1500 calories a day for atleast 6 months,you can have green tea in evening because it helps to increase ur metabolism..

Will it not lead to injury like joint pain, ligament tear n other issues as she is overweight. Before joining gym has she done medical screening as it matters the most. Hello sir i am from tvl I also the same weight ...but In my gym which I am going in tvl they are concentrating more on strength training for 1hr only cardio I am doing is treadmill for 20 minutes .....my weight is lost only 2 kg for about 90 days ...inches is lost on abdomen area for 2 inches......wat is solution sir for more weightloss
You must try calorie deficit mam. And as summer is here you must drink right amount of water as well . Try to sleep for 6-7 hrs daily and live stress free life and you will see changes . If possible have your dinner till 7:30 pm not late then that. I am doing all these things and have lose 7-8 kgs in 2 months without any hard exercise.
