@@WichhartAcres So when you put up the plywood to block off the soffit from spray foam does that plywood stay in? Essentially the soffit is just to finish off the exterior and not vent the roof space then.
@Maintenance with Mike that is correct. I am leaving the trusses open and putting closed cell spray foam on the under side of the roof.

@@maintenancewithmike I knew I'd have to deal with a larger space to heat but with the heat source at the floor it is not bad at all
