Two different animals. For the Black Sheep's arena maybe an uprated Vought would've been better🤷‍♂️ All depends on the metrics and mateirel involved.

Super Tucano first flew in 1999 and the PC21 in 2002 and also there's the T-27 which is the Super Tucano's "father" that already flew in the 80s...
