They didn't even fix weapon debris.
Not sure they ‘fixed’ anything tbh, I’ve only been looking at the new weapons. Looking forward to re-downloading my mods.

@@deadxbyxdawn306 a setting which makes it so whenever you shoot a hole in the wall, chunk out of the ground, ect.. it actually has parts come out with physics- it would be so damn amazing to have in the main game, but it’s been broken since as long as I can remember.

Bro, I didn’t even defeat Marvin. He blew himself up with his piggy bank launcher
Same lmfao, he fucked me up with it the first time, then I loaded the quick save and he fuckin blew himself up the second
For me he absolutely camped me so I had to rush up to kill him fast w my explosive combat sboty
On my first save he killed me immediately, the second he hurt himself and than I killed him with khellogs pistol (yes I did the quest that late in the game)

I especially liked the Invisible weapons in this quest and the visible nine trigger...
If it isn't bugged it's not a Bethesda
They could have added some
Cut content like the 20 leagues under the sea quest that would have been absolutely worth the size of the update
Agreed did they helped the mods on console like add more memory tho 😅

@@Spitter66 would recommend turning off the dlc especially atomatron as it most buggy and tends to crash the game if you have mods installed

The only major glitch they fixed with the next-gen update was the 0kb glitch which is a relief

@@Mysmarttelevision1989 yeah but there a new ones unfortunately. Like the random textures not loading and not being able to go to the main menu I’m going to try again with only cc content maybe it was the mods
I mean if they didn't fix the vault door not opening then no one would be playing the game at all given the source is a forced add on now.

Adding a single mod and fix no bugs in a SIX GIG UPDATE. Abysmal.
Literally waited an hour and a half for the update to download. "Great... I have like 7 new quests... This wasn't worth a 22 gig, mandatory update."

From the Bethesda notes on it and from what the F4SE (Fallout 4 Script Extender) guys were hinting at, there were a large number of core engine updates being pushed out. F4SE is core to a lot of mods so it will be a while before the true nature of this update is known. (One of the bullet points from Bethesda said Steam Deck compatibility, though I was hoping that a full Linux client was on the way but there wasn't...)
On steam it said it had bug fixes
I wouldn't mind. If they didn't break every single other mod in the process.

tbh i had no clue it was happening till i turned in my Ps5 and started playing. Only recently got back into playing Fallout 4 😅 just outta boredom

@@kiloran2915 10gb updates aren’t 10gb of added content, it’s taking game files that already exist and updating within them so you don’t have to redownload a 100gb game.
This update unistalled all of the DLCS, restarting them (not achievements), just after I finished the 4 main DLCS!
It destroyed my main base (Sanctuary) by removing DLC items and my whole armor and weopon setup, duw to the same thing. That Personal was really annoying
Reinstalled fixed nothing
I know I'm to late but I've read it's best to not touch any saves made before reinstalling ALL dlcs
It's even worth to note that Suggs, the military dude you can start the quest from actually sells useful items that change regularly, and the Power Armor frame schematics, which is quite a useful find.

@@cowl_catblamb3975you get XO-2 by first if all getting the heavy incinerator through the quest where you need to investigate saugas steelworks or whatever it's called, where the forged are, and after that you have to wait for the enclave to eventually attack you, there will be one enclave soldier with enclave hellfire power armour, but after killing the soldiers sent to attack you a quest line will start and if you follow the quest line there will be many enclave soldiers wearing XO-2 power armour.
Those ⚠️ guns are amazing.
Im happy that they added the tesla cannon and X0-2 power armor

Good friend of mine loves whacky weapons and ones of fun destruction. She has a minigun that fires rockets ♡
She already is enjoying this one and loves shouting "get em, piggy!!!" when she hits a group of enemies with it.

The bottle cap mines have always been brutal weapons so this looks very fun. Are the projectiles impact-explosive or do they still detonate from proximity?

Yeah the piggy bank launcher is nuts. I carry it with me when there is something i straight up don't want to deal with like a mirelurk queen, sentry bot, or legendary enemies. It's heavy as fuck though so i use it sparsely
Anyone else have issues with the weapons, I go to equip them and they are invisible in my hand and won’t shoot or do nothing

From what I understand it's the CC content that actually breaks the game, the actual "next gen" update overhauled the engine and fixed a lot of core bugs that have been in the engine since morrowind according to the fallout 4 script extender team. Honestly they should have just rolled out the engine update and now thrown in the CC content because no one wanted that.
in playstation they have to fix De-capitalist power armor helmet and Enclave paint in power armor like X01 because they cant be repaired.
other thing would be some crashes when you open pipboy and jamaica plain.
Imagine being in some of the most powerful armor in the wastland only for a man to kill you buy launching a explosive piggy bank at you

It doesn't look like they even fixed any of the glitches. And all the new quests I've played felt like they were added by modders.

@@BigMcstuffinsso this update did in fact fix a lot of major engine bugs according to the f4se team but the added CC content introduced new bugs because they seemingly didn't update said CC content to work with the engine improvements
@exilestudios9546 my game crashed over a dozen times while I was playing, and the brotherhood of steel questline is broken for me because of a glitch they didn't fix for over 8 years now. They didn't fix anything, they just slapped a new coat of paint on the same rusted out car. I can blame some of the crashes on mods, but the brotherhood of steel is base game material that broke.

The Nail Gun and Saw Launcher are cool, the Baseball Launcher is shit but the Grenade Launcher is awesome.
Imagine actually being able to see the weapon and not be shooting red exclamtion points as projectiles....

Ya its actually cool but you need to find piggy bank mines and theye only spawn in 1 spot and that's where you find it

It really pisses me off that the Tesla cannon has no reload animation and an instant reload, the animation from 3 and NV isn't even that complicated I thought creation club content was supposed to be polished, especially since it basically cost 10 dollars to get enough credits.
Hahaha nope. Creation club is the opposite of polished. Some of the buggiest shit I've ever used. Don't ever touch it, you can't uninstall any of the creation club stuff without completely reinstalling the game and any of the creation club stuff that adds in new skins completely breaks a lot of the game. More so than it already is.

Just don’t scrap the new weapons they’ve added. I made that mistake by scrapping the sawblade launcher. It never spawned in his vendor again

What a awful poor excuse for an update they have made us wait 2 years for. They shouldve added all of the fallout 76 weapons like the chinese assault rifle, pump action shotgun etc.. this is honestly shameful from bethesda. This alongside the awful fallout show made me lose so much appreciation for a series i used to call my favorite of all time

@@Vickysqueeze I agree. It is merely "acceptable"; given its budget, the show should be a HUGE improvement over Nuka Break, but I still find Nuka Break 10 times better with almost no budget.

Getting the Piggy Bank fatman was easy with Marvin stupidly walking into his own trap on the fire escape during my play
well, it was added if you’re on PC Xbox and PlayStation textures are yet to be seen

I play XBOX and the quest and weapons are broken on XBOX. The locations are difficult to navigate because of error marks. The weapons are invisible. And they shoot error marks. 😢
