- For these brilliant keto dairy-free buns you will need:
Dry Ingredients
(100 g) blanched almond flour - I use almond meal from Lidl
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp black chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried leeks or onion powder is optional
Liquid Ingredients
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice,
3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
4 tbsp boiling water

Can I replace almond flour with Flaxseed flour? IF yes whats the ratio?
Hey, Siva, in this recipe rather not - the flaxseed flour will create a sticky texture. You can try to substitute it with flaxseed meal but the taste and texture woul be inferior to using almond flour/meal. The ratio would be 1:1.
