On topic of brushing the teeth I can suggest one thing which is 'oil pulling'. Its a oral care method which one can add in daily routine. Please look it up there is a bunch of study have been done on this thing and personally I have recently started it feels good not a problem yet.
- brush your teeth twice a day and flossing is nice too. (me who now has a skincare routine too) - don't hold on to your opinions too dearly. sometimes our opinions end up being wrong. be easy going. - understand the currents of other people's emotion. what a person says and what they're really meaning can be different, even at work. the actual substance and the underlying emotional current. - people are a product of their circumstances. past behaviour is the best predictor of one's future times, unless they have crazy awareness. the way we behave, integrity, work ethic, or basically anything, the personality doesn't change much. the optimist is always gon be an optimist. - life gets easier with a great partner. it takes a lot of effort to surround yourself with good people. (me who doesn't really crave a single partner but a really strong knit community of friends) - gyan choxna ain't rly nice unless the one who's advising holds a responsibility too. theyr're not gonna bear responsibility for what happens. its ideal of somebody who can share the responsibility with you. "maybe use me as a factor in your decision but don't let me make the decisions for you at the end of the day". - make friends with yourself. f. lol. my self talk. i do it with myself i share a really wholesome with the me inside me and there's trust. just that it looks like naman, at least these days. - learn to code :') unless you're selling a house. and anyway pitchy loves communicating and it is nice to communicate with everyone and everything, which for some reason includes machines too :' - build a network and keep it warm. (what you know - young) vs (who you know - old) matters, people who you can call not everyone is gonna return your call or help you in a crisis, but maybe one of them will, it doesn't hurt to build a network. solo yolo will be caught like a sitting duck he said that i didn't really get but otay. so the ankita girl that i am, is a very people's person, i don't really have any significant skill but i do have many many many people that i could turn to, everytime i need something done. not just for myself, i connect many people, an hour ago knk called me and asked if i knew anyone who could help her brother solve their dbms k question paper. this is just one random academic thing that happened today. but ive had multiple such experiences. ehh anyway. how do i make this comment private now.
