Don't exactly remember but I think around £550k
Only one radiator to heat the tv lounge?
They have double radiators where you see only 1 unit, I have friends living in this model and they are happy

It keeps changing as per market and it varies as per the town. This one was just about 700k

This is in Woburn Milton Keynes but if you go on their website you can find similar beautiful houses in the areas you are looking for.
