This video is a show homes online tour UK which shows you around the downstairs of a David Wilson Homes, Holden Show Home.
If you follow me on Instagram / inside.number2 , you will know we currently live in a Persimmon Home (a Hatfield corner) however we are looking to move house in the next year or so.
Come with me as we explore the show home on the new David Wilson show home in Norfolk. The show home is the holden house type which is a two story, four bedroom property. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/diner with utility room and access to the garden, a study which could also be used as a playroom, a cloakroom/loo and a large living room with a bay window. On the first floor you will find 4 very good sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a family bathroom.
The interiors of the show home are styled beautifully, with lots of bright Spring colours. It's a house you walk into the decor makes you feel happy and smile.

Just found this video, we have just moved into our own Holden house after falling in love with a show home. The layout, room sizes and that kitchen/dining room is something special. we cant wait to enjoy spring/summer in this house! I hope you found your perfect home

Out of all the houses we have visited this is definitely the best in terms of size and space! If it wasn’t for the coronavirus outbreak, we would be moving there 😫

Thank you for this vlog, it was a welcome distraction! The house is stunning and I particularly love the kitchen and dining area with the fab views of the garden. I would love a utility room like this one as it has so much storage! Think I would like a fireplace in the lounge but that's just my preference. Hope the world gets back to normal soon so you can go and buy it! 😁

Wow I think this is one of the best you have shown, its so nice to see some wallpaper my personal fav, I love the kitchen/dining area and those doors are so nice, I wish they had put a radiator cover in the living room on the left wall, and shame there Is no fireplace, but I guess there is not enough room, very nice house though xx

Can anyone help me locate the wallpaper they used in the study? Absolutely love it and have searched the internet high and low and cannot find anything the same. Loved the video!
I love this house so much, we reserved one but had to pull out as the development was too far from school in the end. We’ve bought a Persimmon instead which I like the layout of but the finish is atrocious. Still have dreams of a David Wilson in the future 😍
Lindsey Smith we fell in love with this house too! It’s the giant glass pod which is just incredible isn’t it! the quality of David Wilson is amazing, it is a bit of difference between the two x
Inside Number 2 100%. We were offered a really good deal too as they had one ready to go so included an upgraded kitchen, full flooring and integrated appliances. The whole kitchen and utility of the Holden is just so nice. It will be staying on my list if we do move again.
You know it’s Barrett right? When we viewed ours in the build stages all the sanitary ware was in boxes with “Specially made for Barrett”
@@rooga311 yes. Same as Charles Church are Persimmon. The finish and quality of the Barrats and David Wilson is massively better than you will ever get from Persimmons/Charles Church.
My previous home was a DW Holden and it is a lovely home. We now live in another DW house, a Moorecroft. The kitchen dining space in the Holden was great for entertaining. It was a lovely house to live in 😊.

@@poppyburkimsher1353 we love our Moorecroft. There are two variants, the first and second floors are the same on both but on our ground floor we have a kitchen diner, utility, study, lounge and WC. The other one had no study but a separate dining room. Which one are you getting?
