I just found you guys on UA-cam, an American here, and I just love how you guys go through all the cupboards and appliances because our kitchens are quite different from yours and I love to see that.. We usually have a lot more cabinets in our kitchens, and often, we will have a small room fitted with shelves for food storage, especially if we have larger families or if we entertain alot. But you guy's probably already knew that! Anyway, thank you for taking the time to show us looky-lou's a proper English kitchen. Namaste!

Do show homes not allow people to access the garage ? I’d really love to see the inside of them if possible x
Usually the access to the garden and the garage either internal or external keep them locked but if you ask to the sales assistant could show you inside 😞 but usually the garages have bare brick exposed without any type of coating and finish. It does not have electric switches and the opening mechanism is manual as standard . If you pay extra for an upgrade you could have variety options as remote control opening etc... They are usually very small , when a car is inside hardly you can really fully open the doors, it varies but the average is single 3.478 x 67405mm. Double 5900 x 5615mm , nothing to get excited about, rather it is used as a storage room. Although this house style in particular comes with detached double garage and private driveway with parking for 2 extra cars Hope this help.
the driveway was completely dug up, railings removed, tarmac relaid and the office converted back to the garage. Fencing was installed to the side of the house with a gate to allow garden access. the driveway fits 4 cars comfortably and could park 6 if we park tightly. Took them 6 months to complete these works though!

Lovely house, great tour, yes I could be happy there; but my pet peeve as always the kitchen, hate cupboards at the lower level,
drawers are so much easier especially as one ages. I have an Ikea kitchen, 14 years old and I only have so much better getting stuff in and out, again great video❤️❤️❤️

Lovely house but the lack of wardrobe space in the master bedroom is a big no-no for me, Honestly, all the women and men i know would say no way to the lack of space.

Love your walkthrough of houses but i find this house and its price 3/4 of a Million price point insulting ,nothing here says to me this is worth that large amount of money ,its a 450,000 house at best on a housing estate,to be honest i have seen you review houses at 400,000 way better than this
This location has much to do with pricing. It’s half an hour away from London.

Even considering where exactly it is located it does not justify the price.

Really nice house, we have pan drawers & top tip is if possible have your cupboards & drawers near the dishwasher, easier when emptying

The fifth bedroom would be my tarantula room.......I'd definitely still need kitchen drawers for my husband who saves random phone chargers, wires, fuses, batteries, plastic bits from goodness knows what (that might come in 'handy' one day! - that's what he says!) LOL x

Since there is plenty of room in this lovely house, I think one should employ a butler. Elliot would need one. I think you should station him in the study by the front door, to be aware of deliveries and visitors don't you think?

I live on a David Wilson estate and we don’t have any houses to the scale of this one. Our show home was tiny compared to this. This house is absolutely stunning x

I live in one and it's an amazing house, only paid £495k for mine
3/4 of million and no cloak room.
I do like DwH’s , this is basically a ‘winstone’ with an extra bed squeezed in. Good thing with David Wilson homes is the huge loft ripe for converting. Also usually the gardens aren’t much more than 10m deep . 8m on the likes of the Holden and Milford.

Yes I have pot drawers, they are great.
The layout of this house is better than many other new builds. The kitchen is very well equipped and with lots of counter and storage space, and it's directly connected to the dining room! I like that one of the secondary bedrooms has an ensuite, and I also like those big windows and double doors that open into the garden. I'll bet that this one sold quickly!
