They need to make this into a modern free/open world play game. Where you need ro drive to your own choice of tuners and run into battles on the way. It could be the best game ever made.

But they don't emphasize on highway racing too much though since creating a fictional life-size metropolitan highway network like Wangan takes a lot of time and planning. They probably would also need to consult to professionals who actually design and build actual road networks for that.
Forza horizon had an aspect of this, you could just cruise the highway part of the map and challenge anyone you came across or just flat out try and pass them. A game solely like this anime would be awesome!

It basically a learning process they give it their all and in the end they learn who they are so they stop racing and move on with there life but the z and blackbird won't till the very end

The sound the evo made just after it overtook blackbird was something else such experience can never ever will be replaced by couple of batteries .
