This is outstanding. Love the way you articulated everything and the way you broke it down is very digestible for everyone to understand. Also love that you mentioned note taking... I like to say "one dull pencil is often better than six sharp minds"
I love the way you speak, it’s clear and concise. Would love to hear some tips from you about how you communicate particularly at the workplace, whether by email, by phone, and in meetings/face to face, thanks!
I have an interview tomorrow for a Project Management role, this is very helpful, It gave me confidence and assurance in my abilities, wish me luck guys.
Wow, this video could not have been more helpful and timely. I was just assigned my first project lead role this morning and need to prepare for my kickoff meeting next week. Thank you!!!
I’m a product manager who spent a lot of time recruiting for consulting so it’s been awesome following your channel, this video was super tactical and had good tips!
Hey girl! Would you have any advice for getting into the industry? I don't have formal experience but I think I could be really good in this line of work! I want to be able to stand out against other applicants though
First kickoff meeting is tomorrow morning so it's been helpful hearing you mention things that have already happened to my team (as a client) in pre-implementation meetings while hearing some tidbits on the consultant's perspective. Thanks!
I don’t work as a consultant but part of my role involves project management. Thank you so much for this video. Please do more work related videos. I am an immigrant and part of my challenge is to learn how to be assertive with my ideas. Can you please do a video about some challenges you face as a consultant?
This video is gem for me !!!! I work as an analyst in Consulting firm, and two years down the (after my master's starting fall'21) I see myself as a project manager (I will be majoring in Project Management though) or a consultant. This video is just greattttt ! Would love to get some tips, also will apply in roots consulting in 2023 🙈
I'm currently a 4th-year undergraduate student majoring in International Business with a minor in Information Systems and I have no idea what I want to do yet. Even though I'm not a project manager, this is definitely something I want to explore once I graduate, thanks for this helpful video! Glad I subscribed
This is such an awesome, helpful video. I just started getting interested in project management (coming from the life sciences) and feel like this is truly my calling 😭😭 thank you SO much for making this info so digestible!!
Would also love to see what templates you usually use for your projects like in creating brand guidelines for a client, etc. there's a lot of template in the internet and as a student, we are having a hard time to reference which really looks better and or efficient for the client
Hmm depends on the project! We don’t really create brand guidelines, and often make custom solutions. But maybe I can share a version of some templates I use to manage a project.
Thank you for the tip. This is very useful when working group project in college or in school. I wish I learned about this tip when I was doing group project. Now I could this tip in the future. Thxs Kchoi.
Thank you so much for these very informative video. There are at least a couple of tips (and maybe more) that will help me in my work. I hope a,l is well with you and your husband. I wish you both all the best and to keep safe as well as healthy. Greetings from Italy 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
I'm just entering the world of Project Management. I started taking the Google Course through Coursera and I'm really excited to delve deeper into the industry. I know companies are looking for anyone to work right now but I'm still worried I won't be taken seriously as a candidate since I'm young and don't have any formal experience. I've been asking on different videos and forums to see what advice I can get as far as interviewing for a PM position and standing out to employers. Do you have any advice as someone with experience in breaking into this role? I'd love to hear feedback from anyone who wants to offer it lol
Thank you a lot for this video😍 is it possible to have a video where you share your advices and tips to succeed an end of study internship as a consultant (Like Accenture)🙏
@@bykchoi thank you! I was also wondering if you could talk about the different types of certifications that one could get to boost their resume or ones that you have found most helpful in the consulting world? Thanks again!!!
I’m actually not too sure - I honestly feel like work experience is much more important than certifications (but certifications can of course be helpful)!
@@FindingCharli there are a lot of certifications available and it would depend on what type of consulting you're in. Some examples are PMP, Six Sigma and ITIL.

This is SO good, and so useful to so many roles. For example, this is exactly how to lead a financial audit.

I don’t have personal experience with that but I have a lot of friends who do! Will add this to the list :)
This is great! ty :)
My tip is to clearly understand the project objective from the Project Sponsor
does your company get paid through billable hours or based off results on change management?
Great video thanks
I don't think i ever saw a video with 452 likes and 0 dislikes!
Do consultants use S-curve in their project management?
Could you please recommend some universities in the USA to study a master in project management? Please 🙏😃
I've never looked into that type of program so I don't have any recommendations, sorry! But best of luck!
Is there a specific tool or a few tools that you use to complete a project?
I mostly use Microsoft Teams to communicate with my project teams, share files, etc.!
