I remember several years ago watching something on the History Channel about Fort Knox, and the people said that it was the only time it would be aired, and it spoke about tons of features the vault, including how the room where the door is was designed to flood in order to drown people attempting to break in. It showed the inside with what looked like jail cells filled with gold bars, and other 3D models of rooms inside the building.

You can break in by knowing people in the construction industry that can get you powerful tools and you can tunnel to the base. Maybe even tunnel directly to the vault and use the tunnel as an escape as well with the gold

I live at a twin city with Fort Knox called E-town and my dad works on base. But let me tell you it’s not hard to get on base. But they are so cocky they have the gold vault next to the highway
My grandpa was in the military and we’ve been to Fort Knox a couple times. The base part has a bunch of stores and apartments, the actual fort is really protected, I saw a tank driving near it once.
