nope they can't wait in corners or it's a deduction. It's a bit strange because that deduction has been in the CoP for a while and just now they are mentioning it (the commentators I mean). Anyway, it makes the routine flow much better in my opinion
Well, you were comparing 2 different kinds of artistries and personalities. Larisa is no Ana Porgras, but she has her own charisma and a personal style full of naturalness. I think her floor work is very enjoyable and it does draw people in. There's no need to expect every gymnast to display the same classic balletic style, it would be quite boring to watch. Btw, that doesn't mean I give a free pass to gymnasts to completely forget about artistry and claim that's their own "style".

The requeriment is for a front or side element. And there's no more requeriment for combination in the 2013-2016 CoP.
